Kanarische Kochkurse im alten Teneriffa Dorf

Beschreibung

What an amazing experience. Erik with his knowledge of the history from the Cannaries to farther afield to Ave who guided us through the process of making mojo. We were made so welcome and at ease in their beautiful home. This is the first cooking class we have ever attended and the whole experience was fantastic. The time went so quickly which was a shame as I could have stayed for hours chatting to them both. It really is worth every penny. Thank you Erik and Ave.
Great atmosphere, friendly service. Delicious mojitos. Shared enjoyment of the mojitos in a cozy setting. Learned interesting facts about Tenerife, its land and people. Anytime again.
My husband and I did the mojos cooking class and it was so much fun! Erik and Ave are wonderful hosts. Erik’s stories of the history of the area were fantastic. 100% would recommend this class!
Our holiday highlight as a family! The great stories we heard, the creation of the mojos together, the tapas we were served afterwards - it was wonderful! The house with the outdoor kitchen, the hospitality and the location in the middle of the mountain village - really unique! Thank you, next time we book one of your other cooking classes 💜🤗✨
We had an amazing experience! We made delicous traditional mojos and learned loads about the history of the food on the island. The experience finished with a delicious meal when we could enjoy the food we'd made and eat other traditional food including canarian potatoes and tapas. All set in a beautiful and peacful ancient mountaintop village. Would 100% recommend for anyone 8-108! Great family day out!
We had a great time. The anecdotes are interesting (and funny!) the tasting was excellent with good wine! Thank you both.
Truly a highlight of my trip. A chance to see a small village and be invited into their home was extraordinary. The class was informative, fun, generous and the best souvenir is I now can make these sauces back home. I also opted for the shuttle pickup from my hotel and it was easy, friendly, and very safe. Thank you so much!
Special event for everyone, even younger kids. On the side you'll learn some history facts about Tenerife. The hosts are super friendly. We can definitely recommend the Mojo cooking class.
Great experience. Both Erik and his wife very welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Hoping to do their Paella course
it was a nice, entertaining trip to a small mountain village. The hosts were extremely friendly, the ambience beautifully homely. We have learned not only how to make typical Canarian mojo, but also a lot from the life of the Canaries.
