Perfect kayak + snorkeling ecperience
This was super fun! We kayaked to a snorkeling spot where we were surrounded by small fish! The guide was super knowledgeable and told us about the land and the names of beaches as well as the stories behind them and the people/families who owned stuff. It was very interesting to see the beaches from the ocean and then we even got to hangout at one of the beaches for 40 minutes. Very worth it but the kayaking does get tiring!
A beautiful beach, and the guide was always attentive to explain things and to ensure I felt comfortable. Great experience!!
Me and my partner were looking for an activity do to on our last day and this ended up being perfect! The views while kayaking were beautiful and our guide helped point out a local sloth on the beach. We did the 8am tour to beat the heat.
SCAM. NO ONE HERE We booked, paid, and had everything and we arrived at the location 10 minutes before and no one was here. We waited 30 minutes and nothing. DO NOT BOOK
We already explained this situation to you privately by email in full detail, but we feel it is important to clarify this publicly as well. This was not a scam, and at no point was there any dishonest intention from our company. On the day of your tour, our guide and business partner suffered the unexpected loss of a very close family member. Due to the emotional impact of the situation, he requested the afternoon off, and our entire team paused operations to support the family and attend the funeral. The reservation was canceled through our booking system immediately. Unfortunately, the cancellation did not properly transmit to the TripAdvisor/Viator platform, which was a technical failure during an extremely difficult personal situation. At the same time, we were unavailable for calls and emails because we were literally dealing with a funeral and helping the family through the situation. As soon as we realized the issue, we processed your full refund immediately. What we genuinely do not understand is why, after receiving a full explanation and a complete refund, you continue posting multiple reviews publicly calling us “scammers.” We completely understand being upset about the inconvenience, and we already apologized for it, but accusing our business of fraud over a human emergency and a platform communication failure is simply unfair and deeply hurtful. We have had an enormous amount of satisfied customers and positive reviews across all platforms over the years, and never before has anyone accused us of being scammers, especially in a situation where the customer was fully refunded. One tragic human situation and one communication failure do not define who we are as a company or the experiences our guests normally have with us. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, but we also respectfully ask for fairness and understanding regarding the circumstances surrounding that day.
Absolutely amazing experience, our guide Mario was very kind and patient with us being new kayakers! with the help of our guide we were able to spot an abundance of wildlife and fish. this experience alone makes me want to come back to costa rica more often!
Great guide! Groups are small and he includes all the snorkel gear we needed. Snorkeling was around a rock off shore and is a small area that would be okay for newer swimmers. We then took a break in the beach and had snacks, he found a sloth and showed us! Kayaking was the way to go!! It was less crowded and more independence.
I would definitely recommend it to those who want to enjoy and know the place in a safe and well accompanied way. You can tell that Mario has a lot of experience and that made us enjoy and learn a lot about the environment. The amazing water, the wonderful snorkel. All perfect.
We had a wonderful experience kayaking and snorkeling. Mario was kind, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us throughout the activity. We learned some local history, had delicious snacks, saw beautiful fish and had some wonderful conversations. Highly recommend!
We had a fabulous time with Mario! The kayaking was challenging (but just the right amount). The snorkeling was beautiful. The beach was serene (and the cappuchin monkeys we saw there were adorable). Mario was a great guide, very attentive, patient, and pleasant. Highly recommend.
