SO fun and SO tasty. They were fantastic. Cooking was fun. Salsa lesson was fun! Would recommend people try it!

The tour as such was very good. Collaborator Pablo was very good. However, the person who was at reception left us with bad experience as she insisted that we had to pay again because she did not have the reservation. When I repeatedly told her that if she had and to please check, she would say no and we should pay again. In the end, she checked and indeed we had made the reservation. There are cheaper tours in the area that you can take.

Great place to rent kayaks! The lake is lovely and we had the best weather! Arenal volcano really showed off! Our day just happened to be super clear so we could experience all the majestic beauty that the volcano has to offer! The staff were great and very helpful. The changing rooms and restrooms were very clean and the equipment was in great shape! The price was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We even saw and heard howler monkeys playing in the trees!

Most unforgettable surprise plan of the trip when we just couldn't hike anymore, we booked a 2 hour guided kayak tour the night before as an audible, and it was the perfect rainforest experience, run one minute, wind the next and it poured almost the entire time, our guide loved every minute of it and made it even more fun! Pura Vida! Covered and spacious bathroom/changing facilities, they even have a charming dog and generator when they lost power!

The friendly staff and easy to find location was our first impression. Suggestions for a two hour route was very enjoyable paddle where we saw a good variety of birds. I highly recommend this outfitter.

Was enjoyable but not everything we hoped. We signed up for paddle boarding but due to some wind, the guides recommended kayaking. Our main issue was we received no support or help at dock upon returning. However, the front desk did help us book a taxi back to our hotel. Just be aware it is difficult to get an uber from this area. I’d recommend booking this activity last minute if it is a clear day rather than booking ahead.

Yesterday we went wakeboarding and it was spectacular!! We had a great time! Fede was our guide and explained with a lot of patience, he encouraged us a lot and we achieved it

It was an amazing experience with very good Customer Service, it is worth renting a jetski and touring the entire lagoon

Excellent experience, they were super professional in explaining everything and advised us very well when choosing the activity we were going to do according to our tastes and the weather that was that day to make better use of our time
