Hend and Ishmil (our driver) were the best tour guides I’ve ever experienced, amazing people making the trip feel engaging and entertaining making sure we got the best of everything from taking us to the pharmacy when we felt sick and helped us bargain when we went to the markets, if I ever come back to Egypt I’d make sure to do it with them.
Today has been amazing made even better by our guide for the day Heba she was so knowledgeable and helped us understand alot of what we was seeing .She was patient with us and i wish she could do all our tours plus she also took some fantasic pictures which we will cherish .10/10 all round

The Egypt Tailor Made team made our single day layover tour a completely safe, hassle-free and fun experience. Traveled as 2 females - an adult an older teen. Mr Mustafa and Amr gave us easy and detailed pre-arrival instructions and were very responsive to our questions. Upon arrival, we were placed with Ms Heba (guide) and Mr Qazafy (driver). They are both extremely warm and friendly people who put us completely at ease. Highly recommend asking for them - especially for solo women trips. Ms Heba is a very knowledgeable Egyptologist and showed us the best vantage points in the Pyramids complex and helped us efficiently navigate the huge museum near Tahrir Square as we were on a single day layover in Cairo. She's confident and amiable - and a big added bonus is that she takes great photos. She also showed us some great spots to score very good deals on cartouche pendants, papyrus paintings and other assorted trinkets to take back as gifts. The icing on the cake was the divine mint tea we enjoyed in one of the oldest tea shops in Khan el Khalili market. Mr Qazafy is a complete gentleman and also very knowledgeable. He took great care of us during pick up and drop, while also ensuring we reached all of our destinations well in time. Overall, I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a safe, enjoyable and annoyance-free tour experience.

I had a great experience with Tailor Egypt Tailor Made. They were not pushy, unlike other companies, and tailored my trip exactly as I wished. And something that added 10 times more to my trip was my guide, Sabry. Sabry was an exceptional guide and honestly made the entire experience memorable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out to me was how comfortable and at ease he made everything feel. First I want to start with the initial contact with the company. I sent an email and within a few hours I had a response and I told them what I wanted to do and withing and hour of that, I had a full itinerary emailed to me. Made our planning super easy not to mention the cost was unbelievably low for the stuff we were able to see. The communication continued throughout the whole process which was amazing. Upon arrival to Cairo Airport they were waiting on us and got us through the passport with ease. Having an E-Visa really helped. Then our first part of the tour we met our your guide Mrs Heba. She was absolutely great. She made the trip entertaining and educational every where we went. More importantly she helped make it special for me and my family. We had a very well organised tour with Mrs Heba. The booking process was straightforward and clear with excellent communication on payment, pick up etc. Mrs Heba was lovely and such easy company. We travelled as a group of 4 dads and 4 young kids (between 6 and 8 years old) to Cairo for a weekend in October 2025. We made the decision to use Egypt Tailor Made because of their reasonable price, excellent responsiveness and flexibility to cater for our ambitious agenda to see the highlights of Cairo - kids in tow - in less than two days. We are very pleased with our decision. Our guide, Mr Othman, was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to explain the history behind everything we saw in the Egyptian Museum, the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids of Giza in a way that was fascinating for the adults and exciting for the kids. Mr Othman made paper airplanes, told jokes and was always patient and kind. Our children have asked for us to come back to Egypt and bring Mr Othman on a trip to Luxor and Abu Simbel next time. When our flight into Cairo was delayed by more than 7 hours the night before our tour, Mr Othman quickly reconfigured our plan to ensure we still saw everything we wanted to see (including the Sphinx, a tour inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu and a visit to the bazaar). Everything provided on the tour was safe (the van had seatbelts), on time and never stressful. We leave Cairo with photos and memories with our kids and friends that we’ll cherish forever.
