Wir sind eine argentinische Familie aus Buenos Aires und laden Sie zu unserem argentinischen Barbecue ein, genau wie wir es für unsere Freunde tun. Gemeinsam werden wir das beste Familien-Barbecue im Stadtteil Palermo von Buenos Aires genießen. WIR VERWENDEN AUSSCHLIESSLICH FLEISCH VON GRASGEFÜTTERTEN TIEREN - 100% GRASGEFÜTTERT. Dazu gehört die Begleitung mit vier verschiedenen Premiumweinen von kleinen Erzeugern. Wir werden einen unvergesslichen Moment teilen, die besten Stücke von Premium-Weidefleisch, 100% Weidehaltung, gegrillt von Marcelo, der viel mehr ist als ein Grillmeister, er ist der Vater unserer Familie und steckt sein ganzes Herzblut in jedes Gericht, das er zubereitet. Betty ist die Mutter und Seele unserer Familie und sie wird Sie durch die Geschichte des argentinischen Grills, seine Traditionen und Geschichten führen. Darüber hinaus haben Sie einen Platz in der ersten Reihe mit direktem Blick auf den Grill, wo Sie den Prozess vom rohen zum gegarten Produkt mitverfolgen können. Far exceeded my expectations, the knowledge the stories, and the food was amazing!
Definitely a must experience in BA! Betty and Marcelo were great host and the food was excellent!
We can’t think of a better first meal in Argentina than with Betty, Marcelo, and Veronica. They introduced us to the ways of asado that set the bar for the rest of the trip. Their utmost warm hospitality is a testament of how wonderful Buenos Aires can be. The only downside is that if you have your first meal here, other dining experiences in the city may not be as good.
A simply incredible experience! The family is adorable and wins you over immediately with their friendliness. Also, all the steps where the various cooking stages are explained are done very well. The location is delightful and makes you feel right at home immediately. And then the quality of the food: impossible to explain! It is a superfine quality. Everything is delicious. You never want to leave. Basically, it is an experience that must absolutely be done if you come to Buenos Aires….. Thanks again to Betty, Marcelo, and Veronica.

Betty, Marcello, and their daughter are excellent hosts and we learned so much about Argentinian food and culture with their family. We also enjoyed meeting and spending time with the other guests. The generosity of our hosts makes this a fantastic experience, and definitely a filling one.
