Unsere Reise beginnt nach einem frühen Frühstück um etwa 7:30 Uhr oder später in Kampala oder Entebbe, um dem Verkehr auszuweichen. Unsere Reise führt Sie durch malerische Tee- und Zuckerplantagen sowie lebhafte Märkte am Straßenrand voller farbenfroher Früchte und Gemüse. Unterwegs besuchen Sie drei Sehenswürdigkeiten: die Sezibwa-Wasserfälle, wo Sie die natürliche Schönheit der Wasserfälle bestaunen können; Machen Sie eine kurze Wanderung im Mabira-Wald und erleben Sie das üppige Grün und die vielfältige Tierwelt. Und schließlich fahren Sie nach Jinja, um Zeuge der Quelle des Nils zu werden. Die Sezibwa-Wasserfälle liegen 32 km entlang der Autobahn Kampala-Jinja. Es ist einer der verborgenen kulturellen Schätze Ugandas. Ein Teil gehört Buganda Kingdom und ein anderer Teil der anglikanischen Kirche von Uganda. ... Die Sezibwa-Wasserfälle sind 7 Meter hoch und bieten eine wunderschöne Landschaft zum Entspannen und Genießen, während Vögel in den Bäumen singen.
Der Mabira-Wald ist ein etwa 300 Quadratkilometer großes Regenwaldgebiet in Uganda im Distrikt Buikwe zwischen Lugazi und Jinja. Es ist seit 1932 als Mabira Forest Reserve geschützt. Hier leben viele gefährdete Arten wie der Primat Lophocebus ugandae. Sie können eine kurze Wanderung in Mabira machen, wo Sie Affen und auch verschiedene Vogelarten sehen können.
Der Nil ist der längste Fluss Afrikas mit dem Viktoriasee als Quelle. Der Fluss beginnt seine 6.500 km lange Reise zum Mittelmeer (Ägypten) neben der Stadt Jinja (Uganda) und hält den Owen Falls Dam als Wasserkraftquelle für Uganda. Ein weiterer Damm befindet sich derzeit im Bau. Sie können eine Bootsfahrt zum Hauptpunkt machen, der als "Nullpunkt" bezeichnet wird.

Visiting Jinja was absolutely a highlight of my trip to Uganda. The nile is so massive and to actually have a boat ride on the nile is something I can not easily forget. We saw many many birds and two big monitor lizards! It's really cool to see where to source of the Nile is. The boatman could tell us a lot about the history of the Nile, the birds and about Jinja city. Our accommodation was top notch, right at the Nile with an amazing sunset. Loved every bit of this trip!
