Jet Ski 20 Minuten in Vilamoura

We booked the Jet Ski experience in Vilamoura and unfortunately, it didn’t start off well. When we arrived, we were immediately told our booking had been cancelled — in a very rude and dismissive way. I had to explain that the original booking was cancelled by the tour operator and reissued under a new confirmation. One of the staff members then called someone without explaining anything to us, left us waiting, and eventually came back to admit we were correct and did have four bookings. After that, we were told to wait while they refuelled the jet skis, which wasn’t a problem, but the same unhelpful and arrogant attitude continued throughout the safety briefing and even after we finished the session. The jet ski ride itself was decent — not the best quality machines, and the wind made it tough to control at times — but we still managed to enjoy being out on the water. Overall though, the poor attitude from staff really overshadowed what could have been a fun experience.

Highly recommend this activity. My 14 year-old son and I booked the 20-minute jetski hire. I used the Nauticdrive website to book a time and make payment, it was all well organised and secure. I received an email confirmation and digital ticket than could be added to my Apple or Google Wallet. On arrival, there is a hut on the beach to secure loose items and clear instructions are provided for safe use of the jetski. The course is a rectangular loop clearly marked for safety, and we had at least the 20-minutes possibly more. As you are riding, there is an instructor in a boat positioned to either help if necessary. He also takes photos which can be bought digitally at the beach, which we did for 20 Euros. If we're back in Vilamoura, we will definitely return. Obrigado.

Amazing experience!! My husband hadn’t driven a jet ski before so probably wasn’t getting the best out of it 😊 one of the Nauticdrive team took over & gave our 14 year old a brilliant experience out on the Atlantic Super friendly, professional and it all felt very well organised and safe. I’m absolutely terrified of the sea so for me to feel so safe proves how great the team were. Well worth it

Jet ski was overpriced for the time you get. Experience was decent. Paid extra 20€ for photos and never received them.

Excellent experience, the day was top the sea a little upset but the bike was top. To repeat briefly again...

All staff was very friendly and all the experience was top, the jet-ski was in very good condition and pulling even as well and need;)
