Jervis Bay Beach Sternenbeobachtungstour mit unserem Astronomen

Beschreibung

the stargazing was cancelled twice. too many reminders from tripadvisor
We joined the stargazing experience knowing little about the universe and solar system above us. We left with so much knowledge and a greater appreciation of the vastness of the universe. John B was extremely informative, caring to point out different stars and planets you could see immediately above us with the naked eye. It was exciting to see things like Jupiter and a nebulous through the telescope. They made it relevant to the night sky directly above us and answered all of our questions with detail. Antony, John B and Hanna were a great team, providing blankets and beach chairs to keep you comfortable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something to do with their family, kids, friends or date.
We had an incredible experience at Stargazing. John was so lovely and knowledgeable, we learnt so much about astronomy and got to see a few planets and stars from his telescope too, he was always happy to answer your questions and his passion for astronomy was very evident in the way he spoke. Would definitely book it again, it’s so worth it!
The tour was cancelled due to cloud cover. Thats fine. But I don't understand why is service charge deducted while the amount being refunded?!
Stargazing on the beach with a pro guide to the Milky Way—relaxing, educational, and absolutely magical. Highly recommend!
The experience was really worth it. The communication with the team was super smooth, the spot for stargazing well defined and nicely set up with chairs and blakets. We even got to see some luminescents planktons during the experience. It's amazing to see the water illuminate with flashy turquoise blue. Dimitri and Caroline are tremendous hosts, they address all the questions and make you feel very welcome. I could have stayed another two hours listening to all the stories and knowledge. Thank you again to the both of you, you've created an amazing bubble of an experience for people, keep going ! It is one of a kind thing to do in one's life to stargaze, even more so with experts in the field guiding you through it. PS: I loved the Star wars like laser to point at all the objects in the sky :)
Well an unusual review, it was cloudy so it was cancelled which is cool for a thing in nature. But from when I thought I might cancel (I didn’t but was looking at pulling out) these guys were friendly and easy going, happy to do literally anything to help me out. When it was cloudy they let me know really early, offered alternatives and were just really nice .aaanyway. Rebooking now, cheers
This is not specifically about Vincentia, which is nice too, but I just want to mention Bendalong's Boat Harbour Beach, where got up-close and personal with stingrays, amazing experience, strongly recommended! Apparently Woollamia Boat Ramp is also a hotspot for stingrays, but we were unlucky on the day, there were too many boats that scared the rays away.
Unique experience - got us out of the house on a lovely warm evening. Saw as much as we could before it clouded over. Got vouchers to do this again as they had to cut it short. Very knowledgeable guide - comfy chairs and blankets - would definitely recommend. Would give 5 stars if not cloudy.
Lovely spot with open skies in a relaxed setting for us to talk about all things astronomical. We saw planets (usually rare), satellites, a shooting star, and learnt about constellations and galaxies. Thank you Caroline and Dmitri for the experience!
