I reserved online but the operator never came to pick us up at our hotel. I tried to call but no one answers. I sent WhatsApp messages but no one responds. I requested a refund without success Absolutely to be avoided Ghost agency or operator

They didn't come pick us up at the hotel and we left without going for the walk. Unfortunately, a dream has become an irreparable frustration.

I bought the ride to Jeri, stayed more than two hours at the hotel reception, with my 70-year-old mom sleeping on the couch, tried to call the contact phone and nothing, now I'm waiting for my refund

The tour didn't happen, the help center doesn't answer me to register the complaint, I want my money back. I stayed for 4 hours waiting for the tour and nobody showed up a complete despair

Perfect tour for those who want to enjoy well and have only that day available. I booked the package around here and they picked me up at the meeting point, I didn't have to worry about anything else. I was just happy!!

My husband and I always dreamed of meeting Jeri, and we finally managed to make that dream come true. We booked the trip with the Enrico agency, and it was a great choice because they looked after me very well, the guide was super attentive and helpful, and they were very friendly and fun. We did a 1-day trip, but we want to go again to stay for more days, I want to stay at Lagoa do Paraíso for a long time, and go see Pedra Furada because I didn't go. What a wonderful tour, Lucas served me very well and the guides are super good people, very nice and funny, guide Josi I made friends with the people on the bus with my family, my children met other friends and stayed at the paradise lagoon having fun, experience unforgettable and Jeri is very incredible and magical, the energy of the sunset people applaud when the sun goes down, I thought it was wonderful, I highly recommend this trip to everyone, thank you very much, everyone at Enrico Travel who served me very well, thank you and see you soon!

Total lack of seriousness!!! After booking, I expected to receive a short message or confirmation email from the service provider. I had no confirmation until I decided to contact the service provider myself 2 days before the excursion. I got no response. I still showed up at the hotel lobby at 7 a.m. on the day of the excursion, hoping that someone would come and pick up my friend and me. We waited in vain, no one showed up. Meanwhile, I am still trying to contact the service provider without success (call via hotel reception, call on WhatsApp, message on WhatsApp, message on Tripadvisor and Instagram approval). Frankly, it's disappointing. A word of advice: always make reservations at the reception of the hotel or the place where you are sleeping. At least there it is 100% sure that we will come and get you. Or also do a little research on the service provider that should ensure your activity before you embark on it.

Avoid this company. I went to spend two days in Fortaleza and therefore I hand-selected what I would like to do. I woke up at 3am to take this tour and they just didn't pick me up!! I waited until 4:45 am at the hotel lobby. They didn't even respond to my messages, sent from 5:50 pm until 5 am, both via WhatsApp and via message on TripAdvisor. I was ignored. My reservation was paid and confirmed. Just two days in Fortaleza and my schedule went down the drain. 9:30 am he sends a message saying that WhatsApp had a backup problem and that's why he didn't see my message but that he would pick me up at 4 am the next day. Lie!!! The first messages were received, leaving two risks on WhatsApp. The ones in the morning had only one risk and in the morning they changed their status, that is, he simply went to sleep. Furthermore, I sent a message through the website and he could have responded through this channel. In addition to being irresponsible and lacking commitment, this company is a liar and dishonest!! My reservation was confirmed, so even if I hadn't sent a message requesting confirmation of the time, he should have gone to the hotel to pick me up!! I don't know when I will be able to return. Passage, vacation days, expectations, transformation of precious vacation and leisure moments into revolt and tiredness. Tremendous lack of respect!!!
