- Unser Unternehmen ist nicht dafür verantwortlich, dass der Kunde nicht am Treffpunkt für die gebuchte Tour oder Aktivität erscheint.
- Die kurzfristige Annullierung von Flügen oder die Unfähigkeit, ein Kreuzfahrtschiff zu verlassen, liegt nicht in unserer Verantwortung. Rückerstattungsanträge aufgrund solcher Vorfälle werden daher nicht akzeptiert. Sollte der Kunde Kenntnis von einer solchen Änderung haben, wird er gebeten, sich mehr als 24 Stunden vor Beginn der Tour oder Aktivität mit unserem Unternehmen in Verbindung zu setzen, um mögliche Änderungen des Datums oder der Uhrzeit zu besprechen (je nach Verfügbarkeit).
- Rückerstattungsanträge für kurzfristige Stornierungen (bis zu 24 Stunden vor der Tour oder Aktivität) werden aus irgendeinem Grund nicht akzeptiert.
- Alle Kunden werden gebeten, ihren bevorzugten Treffpunkt und Ort bis 15:00 Uhr des vorherigen Datums bezüglich der Abholung für die gebuchte Tour oder Aktivität mitzuteilen. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, wird unser Unternehmen alles tun, um sie zu lokalisieren (Telefon, E-Mail usw.). Es ist jedoch nicht für die Nichtbeachtung verantwortlich. Treffpunkte können überall auf der Insel sein und die erforderlichen Informationen sind entweder der Name des Hotels oder der Name des Kreuzfahrtschiffs, mit dem sie ankommen. In dem Fall, dass sie in einem Apartment übernachten, werden Kunden gebeten, uns eine Google-Karte, ein nahe gelegenes Hotel oder Informationen zu senden, die uns bei der Suche nach ihnen helfen könnten. Jede Verzögerung im Namen des Kunden (bis zu 15 Minuten, in denen wir auf ihn warten) wirkt sich auf den Transferplan aus und stört den reibungslosen Ablauf der Tour / Aktivität.
- Bei Unterkünften ohne Namen legt unser Unternehmen den günstigsten Ort für die Abholung fest.
- Für Unterkünfte, die sich in einer Fußgängerzone befinden, wird unser Unternehmen den bestmöglichen Abholpunkt festlegen.
- Unser Unternehmen ist nicht dafür verantwortlich zu wissen, ob der Kunde eine Überweisung buchen soll oder nicht. Der Transferplan wird weniger als 24 Stunden vor der Operation erstellt, daher können wir eine solche Notwendigkeit nicht vorhersagen.
- Transfer-Inklusivleistungen beinhalten eine bestimmte Entfernung, während für abgelegene Gebiete Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia und andere abgelegene Villen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 10 € pro Person anfällt (vor Ort in bar zu bezahlen).
- Gemeinsame Basis: Bei gemeinsamen Touren können mehrere Gruppen im selben Jeep zusammenkommen (das Fahrzeug bietet Platz für bis zu fünf Personen).
- Bei verspäteter Ankunft werden Tourinhalte und verpasste Aktivitäten nicht erstattet.
- Erstattungen, Ausgleichszahlungen, teilweise oder vollständige Erstattungen würden nicht gewährt.
- Route: Im Falle höherer Gewalt und/oder aus Gründen, die außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen, und Ereignissen, die nach der Tourabfahrt eintreten, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, die Routenführung zu ändern und die Reiseroute zu ändern.
- Die Tourdauer kann je nach Verkehrslage und Wetter variieren.
- Die Gesamtdauer beinhaltet den Transfer vom/zum Hotel oder Hafen.
- Dies ist keine selbstfahrende Tour.

We enjoyed the Jeep tour because it was a small group of up to four people in each vehicle. We were able to stop at numerous spots for photos. Enjoyed a delightful lunch at a farm where everything was grown on the property that we ate. A stop included the inside of one of the small family chapels that we saw on the roadside.. Definitely worth seeing and the explaining of the burial process. All in all it was a great experience, that I highly recommend to anyone.
Looking at this nothing about this states that you’re sharing a Jeep. It’s a jeep! Automatically it should be only the people in your party. My husband is tall Anand so was another person in the jeep. They didn’t care and basically said deal with it.

Our Jeep tours are shared, and in this case since both couples had made bookings for the same tour and the vehicle could accommodate everyone, we grouped the bookings together as per our policy. We understand that the seating arrangement may have been uncomfortable for taller passengers. However, please note that the tour includes various stops where guests can step out and stretch, so you don’t have to spend all the tour seated in the vehicle. Two couples reserved this tour. This company decided to send a Land Rover to facilitate the “Jeep tour”. The Land Rover fits 2 full size adults and two small sized children (besides the driver and the tour guide)…. We had two males One 6’7 and the other 6’2, and both females who were 5’6+…. Let’s just say that they didn’t have the equipment to accommodate above-average sized couples after they decide that they will group two couple together w/o confirming with the couples……. Their solution “You can cancel; however, no refunds!” THE TOUR GUIDE AND DRIVER DID THE BEST THEY COULD WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WERE GIVEN!! KUDOS TO THEM!!

Our tours are shared, and it’s common to have small groups who may not know each other together in the same car. In your case, we combined your two bookings into one vehicle because it accommodated the total number of guests (4) booked for that tour. However, it’s important to note that you don’t spend the whole tour inside the vehicle; you can get out at every stop. Despite everything, we are glad to hear that you were happy with the efforts of both the driver and tour guide, who did the best they could given the circumstances. Matthew was an amazing guide on our private tour. Very knowledgeable and showed us some hidden gems of the beautiful island. The highlight was lunch and wine at the private farm where we tasted the delicious home grown produce. Thank you.

Apparently this is not a private tour, even though all the pictures are with a Jeep, which could not hold more than 4-5 people. I cancelled and didn’t participate, but I don’t think I was wrong to assume it would be private. It doesn’t help that the tour operator that called didn’t seem straight forward/honest. And of course, I couldn’t get a refund or had to pay more for a private tour. Too bad and suspicious.
Dear Lenae hello! As per our call yesterday, i was surprised to hear that you thought our tour was private. If you had checked all the details before booking you would see the following information which Indicate that this is a shared tour: 1. Minimum: 1, Maximum: 15 2. Group type: Not private (shared). Please keep in mind that in case of a private operation (for any tour , at any location internationally) there is always an extra charge as the type of the tour changes (from shared to private). We even put forward the suggestion to offer this tour in the afternoon where Mykonos streets are not so crowded together with some other clients who were happy to have this chance and avid the morning crowds. (with no extra charge) Most importantly it was also odd to read that we refused to give you a refund when you were the one who decided (last minute!) not to participate in this tour, and acknowledged the fact that in such case it was non refundable as per our policy which is also stated in the description of this tour! From your feedback i understand your disappointment for booking a shared tour instead of a private tour as you expected to be. Hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation! Best regards,
Do not waste your time with this activity. Although the guide was nice, we did not learn anything about the island of mykonos. It was mainly a tour of the instagram spot to take "beautiful" pictures. Expensive for the service.

Absolutely fabulous tour of Mykonos. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She tailored the tour to our liking. Lunch was the highlight of the tour. The food was amazing and the setting was beautiful. Book this tour! We had no idea when we booked that it would be a private tour.

The lighthouse was interesting, however not much to see. The family church was not accessible - locked - did not get in. The lunch was quite good as was the wine However, we did not get to see much else. The lunch was an additional charge - a lot of money - $205.10 - basically for a ride to lunch. Not at all that we expected.

A great Adventure where we could see the best spots and beautifull views of Mykonos Island. The guide was fantastic. We love the beaches, the Light house, the visit to the farm and small Villages. We recomendo to all this Tour.
