Die Gäste treffen den Reiseleiter um 9:00 Uhr am Bahnhof Shizuoka. Mit dem Bus geht es zur Teeplantage (9:00 - 9:45) Anschließend besichtigen sie die Plantage (10:00 – 11:30 Uhr) Danach nehmen sie noch einmal den Bus und kehren zum Bahnhof Shizuoka zurück (11:30 - 12:15).
Die Nihondaira Yume Terrace verfügt über einen 360°C-Panorama-Aussichtskorridor, eine Ausstellung über die Geschichte und Kultur von Shizuoka und ein Café mit herrlichem Blick auf den Berg Fuji. Das Observatorium selbst ist ein architektonisches Meisterwerk des berühmten Kuma Kengo und verfügt außerdem über einen 1.200 m² großen Garten voller saisonaler Blumen. Wenn Sie möchten, ruft Ihr Reiseleiter die Einrichtung im Voraus an, um die Lounge auf der Terrasse zu reservieren, in der Sie entspannen und die beeindruckende Landschaft bewundern können. Hier essen sie in einem Restaurant ihrer Wahl zu Mittag (12:30 – 13:30 Uhr). Anschließend fahren sie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Nihondaira Yume Terrace (13:30 – 14:15 Uhr). Sie werden die Nihondaira Yume Terrace besuchen (14:15 - 15:00) Sie werden eine Teepause in der Terrassenlounge im Nippondaira Hotel einlegen (15:00–15:30 Uhr).
Hier können Sie in der ruhigen Terrassenlounge entspannen, Tee trinken und die beeindruckende Schönheit von Japans größtem Berg bestaunen. Mit klaren Fenstern, die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichen, ist dies einer der besten Orte, um an einem klaren Tag den Berg Fuji in der Ferne zu sehen. Sie kehren zum Bahnhof Shizuoka zurück (15:30 – 16:00 Uhr).

My husband and I had a great time on this tour! Our guide, Atchan, was very helpful and informative, and was able to answer all our questions clearly. We were able to visit Nihondaira terrace in addition to the scheduled tea tasting by communicating with the tour operator in advance, which was a great experience! The tea tasting itself was very comprehensive (we chose the sencha tasting) and perfect for tea experts like my husband. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide, Atchan, was very knowledgeable and personable. She got us to where we needed to go and explained about various history points. She was very easy to talk to and fun! Asako at the Moriuchi Tea Farm was also extremely knowledgeable and explained the various teas and processes well. We would recommend this experience for those who would like a more detailed understanding of Japanese tea.

It was a rainy day when we went on this tour but that made the countryside very atmospheric. We had such an amazing time - Moriuchi tea farm were so welcoming and knowledgeable, and our guide Atsuko was fantastic and shared all kinds of knowledge about Japan as well as about Shizuoka and tea. The teas are delicious.

We had a perfect guideid tour with our guide Miyuki, everything went smoothly and we were lucky with the weather too so we were able to get a full view of Mount Fuji. The hosts at the tea farm were super friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed getting to know the details of tea picking and different types of teas including a tea tasting. Overall a great experience!

It was an unforgettable experience. Seeing the tea fields gave us peace and tranquility and we tasted the family-produced Sencha. The guides were kind and courteous, lovely people. We also purchased freshly picked tea. Absolutely recommended!
