Reiseverlauf

Matias was an absolute A+. As a history and Judaic studies professor, he is deeply knowledgeable about the history of the country and the Jewish community. Our tour involved an enjoyable amount of walking in between visiting numerous sites of interest. Well worth the price!
We learned a lot about the history of Argentinian Jews. About the attacks of 1992 and 1994 in Buenos Aires, visited the memorials, and also visited the jewel of Buenos Aires- the oldest synagogue of the town. It was an emotional and spiritual experience. Thank you.
Superb tour with the extremely knowledgeable local historian Matias. We were taken to all the Jewish places of interest in Buenos Aires and Matias shared context to explain the history of Jewish Argentina. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.
Matias Aysenberg is a superb guide to Jewish Buenos Aires but behind that knowledgable and heartfelt about the military dictatorship from the Perons and since. Don’t miss this tour
Great tour of Jewish Buenos Aires by our expert tour guide Ezekiel.Learned a great deal about history and present situation in Argentina.
This experience was great and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. We visited two synagogues, one reform and the other orthodox. We also visited the Jewish museum attached to the Libertad synagogue, and explored the neighborhood of Once. Our tour guide, Matias, was very informative and answered all our questions. We got to see the unique blend of Ashkenazi and Sephardic culture in the city, and Matias even took us to a place that sells (very delicious!) Sephardic food in Once. If you are Jewish or not Jewish, you should take this tour. You will surely learn a lot and have a very good experience! 10/10
So glad you enjoyed exploring Buenos Aires’ Jewish heritage with Matias! 🌟 We’re happy the synagogues, museum, neighborhood, and Sephardic food made your tour memorable. Buenos Aires Tour Guide
Matias was a wonderful sensitive and highly informative tour guide. Not only was he a fountain of knowledge about everything related to Buenos Aires and the history of Jews in Argentina, as a 4-th generation Argentinian Jew he shared his personal and his family experience with us. The tour is absolutely worth every penny!
So glad you enjoyed your tour with Matias! 🌟 It’s wonderful that his knowledge and personal insights made your experience memorable. Best regards, Buenos Aires Tour Guide
Ernesto was not only knowledgeable about Buenos Aires and the Jewish community's history within the country and city, he was patient and helpful when things did not go according to schedule. The part of the city had a electrical blackout during out lunch and he handled it with the patience you would expect, but his kindness and caring for the group was amazing. He would not take our money for the all-day tour because of the difficulties caused by the blackout, but my wife and I would not have any of his offer. We told him to take half the amount for his time as a tour director and the other half should go to his religious school where he is the dean. In return we gained a new friend, who we hope to continue our friendship for many years. For those people who choose his tour, we hope he shares his the video of his parent's wedding!
So glad your guide made your tour memorable and handled everything with such care! 🌟 It’s wonderful that a new friendship was formed during your visit. Best regards, Buenos Aires Tour Guide
