Jeder Kreuzfahrthafen: direkt vor Ihrem Schiff, Abholung und Rückgabe. • Der englischsprachige Fahrer mit einem privaten Fahrzeug wartet direkt vor dem Schiff auf Sie und hält ein Schild mit Ihrem Namen in der Hand, um leicht erkannt zu werden. • Sie müssen den Bus-Shuttle nicht vom Schiff nehmen, da wir mit unserer Erlaubnis in den Kreuzfahrthafen einfahren können. Nur in der Option "Geteilte Tour": Ihr Fahrer kann auf dem Weg einige Stopps (normalerweise 2/3 Stopps) einlegen, um Mitreisende abzuholen oder abzusetzen. Dies bedeutet, dass Ihr Fahrer innerhalb von 15 bis 30 Minuten nach Ihrer geplanten Abholzeit eintreffen kann.

The standard of the ship has totally gone down. I travelled 5 years ago on same ship, I though with the reduced prices to get people back after covid id go again. I was so disappointed the food was not as good our breakfast was cold when we told staff all we got was "sorry Mam" not ill go get you a hot one. The plates were plastic terriable. We paid €165 extra for premium plus drinks all we got was sorry Mam not on this floor, ordered Hendrix Gin, they put cheep tonic from tap with it. So dissatisfied. We had to book excursions only through ship rip off some were good including lunch some same price did not include lunch. I felt so restricted on the ship. Entertainment was not as good as previously. In my honest opinion the ship has lost more than 1 star.

Amalfi Coast in Naples was breathtaking. Will go back again. Rome, Florence and Pisa excursions were amazing. We had excellent tour guides.
Just back since Sunday after 7 nights on ship - boarded in Barcelona 3rd Nov - cannot praise ship - staff - food and - organisation skills - fantastic. It was my 60 th birthday pressie and have to say it was SPECIAL. Hopefully will see you all again next year
We went on a 7 day cruise to celebrate our 40th anniversary. From embarkation in Barcelona, we were not disappointed. The layout of the ship is very user friendly. We were on the 12th floor and our stateroom was very comfortable. The layoiut and ergonimics is brilliant. Our Stateroom attendant was very friendly and super efficient. She ensured our stateroom was always immaculately clean and gave it attention twice per day. The restaurants and food were of a very high standard and we enjoyed every meal. The breakfast and evening buffets were very enjoyable and the food well prepared and always fresh with huge variety. We dined in both Taste and Manhattan Restaurants a few times. These are non paying fine dining restaurants. The three course meals had variety and very well presented. We had the premium drinks package and this covered all our drinks for the entire cruise. A single malt whisky is included and very good wines. There is an abundance of dispensed water and ice so bottled water is unnecessary. We had one day at sea and this was adequate to explore the ship and enjoy the pools. We watched various shows and these were of a very high standard and very enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the art auction. We were impressed with the numerous hand sanitising stations. One of the biggest assets on this cruise is the very friendly, efficient and professional staff. It made our holiday even more enjoyable. This ship is super organised and this ensures a memorable experience!
Loved every minute on this ship staff work extremely hard forever cleaning very friendly would highly recommended Everything is so well organised especially the boarding process when you dock leave the ship and return l really enjoyed it
