Das Hippodrom von Konstantinopel war ein Zirkus, der das sportliche und soziale Zentrum von Konstantinopel, der Hauptstadt des Byzantinischen Reiches, darstellte. Heute ist es ein Platz mit dem Namen Sultanahmet Meydanı in der türkischen Stadt Istanbul, von dem einige Fragmente der ursprünglichen Struktur erhalten geblieben sind.

Der Deutsche Brunnen ist ein Brunnen im Gazebo-Stil am nördlichen Ende des alten Hippodroms in Istanbul (Türkei) und gegenüber dem Mausoleum von Sultan Ahmed I. Er wurde zum Gedenken an den zweiten Jahrestag des Besuchs von Kaiser Wilhelm II. In Istanbul im Jahr 1898 errichtet.

Es ist eine der wenigen Kirchen in Istanbul, die nicht in eine Moschee umgewandelt wurde. Die Hagia Irene dient heute als Museum und Konzertsaal.
Die Caferağa Medresseh ist eine ehemalige Medresse in Istanbul, Türkei, neben der Hagia Sophia. Es wurde 1559 von Mimar Sinan auf Befehl von Cafer Ağa während der Regierungszeit von Sultan Süleyman dem Prächtigen erbaut.
Soğukçeşme Sokağı ist eine kleine Straße mit historischen Häusern im Istanbuler Stadtteil Sultanahmet zwischen der Hagia Sophia und dem Topkapı-Palast. Die autofreie Zone Straße ist nach dem Brunnen benannt, der sich am Ende in Richtung Gülhane Park befindet.
