Die Tour beginnt um 8 Uhr morgens an Ihrer Unterkunft in Belgrad.
Nach 2 Stunden Fahrt erreichen Sie die im 14. Jahrhundert erbaute Festung Golubac am Eingang des Nationalparks Eisernes Tor, wo die Donau am breitesten und die Natur am grünsten ist.
Als nächstes auf unserer Route liegt Lepenski Vir, eine nahegelegene archäologische Stätte. Dieser erstaunliche Ort ist eine der ältesten städtischen Siedlungen in Europa und wurde vor 8000 Jahren besiedelt.
Die Tour geht weiter mit einer malerischen Fahrt durch die Eiserne Torschlucht, die längste Schlucht Europas, die aus vier Schluchten und drei Tälern besteht. Die schönste Schlucht ist Mali und Veliki Kasan, wo sich die Donau auf nur 140 m verengt und die Tiefe von mehr als 90 m erreicht. Wir halten am Aussichtspunkt neben der Straße, damit Sie den schönsten Teil der Donau bewundern können. Hier haben Sie auch die großartige Gelegenheit, die berühmte Sehenswürdigkeit der Welt zu sehen - die Statue von König Decebalus, dem letzten König von Dacia, die die höchste Felsskulptur Europas darstellt.
Rückkehr nach Belgrad in den frühen Abendstunden. Abfahrt zu Ihrer Unterkunft.

Abholorte & -zeiten
Die Abholung wird von 7:30 Uhr bis 08:00 Uhr organisiert. Die Abholung wird von zentral gelegenen Belgrader Hotels, Apartments, Hostels usw. angeboten (bis zu 5 km vom Platz der Republik). Der Guide wartet nicht länger als 5 Minuten nach der geplanten Abholzeit. Wenn sich Ihre Unterkunft in der Hauptfußgängerzone befindet, können Sie gebeten werden, den Guide an der Abholstelle zu treffen, die sich maximal 2 Gehminuten von Ihrer Unterkunft entfernt befindet. Details erhalten Sie am Vortag per E-Mail oder Whats App erst um 17 Uhr.

- Festung Golubac – Das Ticket beinhaltet nur den Zugang zur Grünen Zone der Festung. Die anderen Zonen sind nur im Rahmen einer privaten Tour zugänglich. Hinweis: Für den Zugang zu den höheren Ebenen der Festung sind entsprechende Kleidung und Schuhe erforderlich.

Very good tour with the best guide Jelena and an excellent driver. Lots of information to get about history and nature from Jelena. Great viewpoints on the border between Serbia and Romania.

It was a great tour, combined history, amazing nature , some trekking. Our guide Nina and driver Ljubos made our trip very pleasant. We could enjoy the best views of the valley and rivers. We were provided with bottled cold water, we had testing of 2 kind of rakia( Serbian drink), tickets were included to the trip price. I highly recommend this excursion and this team!

I have made 2 full day tours: Iron Gate National Park and Gems of Eastern Serbia. I liked both the tours, they are very interesting to explore the Serbia on the east. The guides Nina and Jelena were very nice. I really enjoyed with them. Also the driver (Ranko) was fantastic. He always drives professional with the correct speed. I really advice to explore the Serbia with this agency

Golubac Fortress was the one landmark I really wanted to see outside of Belgrade during my trip to Serbia, so I was glad Serbia Inspired Tours was flexible, allowing the tour to still operate even though we were below the minimum participant number with a surcharge. Jelena was informative and energetic, and our driver, Milan, made the tour extra special by sharing his rakia. In general, it was fantastic spending the day with both of them. The drive to the national park is long, but it's well worth it with the amount of stops this company makes.

Jelena was a fabulous guide and Ranko was an excellent driver. Glubac Fortress was windy but worth the visit. The Palace had wonderful exhibits, a movie, and some medieval weaponry. We went to a wonderful archeological site that was very informative. Jelena put us through our paces on a hike to a fantastic overlook. The statue of Decelabus was amazing. A highlight for me. After visiting several sights we went to a lovely restaurant with terrific food and service, Mirocka Dolina. Definitely try the stuffed mushrooms and fried cheese with honey. The end to a marvelous day.

Our guide, Jelena, was amazing. Our driver, Ranko, was very nice and drove safely. Golubac Fortress is marvelous. We walked up into some ramparts for some spectacular views of the Danube River at its widest. There was an art exhibit in the palace and some medieval relics. Two people were dressed in period pieces and they let us hold a falcon. Our next stop was a very interesting archeological site. Unearthed in the mid-1960s by students from Belgrade University. Next we took a long hike to a spectacular overlook of the river. Then we went to the narrowest part of the Danube and continued to an overlook of Decebalus, a giant stone carving in the gorge in Iron Gate National Park. Magnificent!!! After a couple more stops Jelena took us to the Mirocka Dolina restaurant to eat. We shared fried cheese with honey, mushrooms stuffed with cheese, tomato, and ham. Then we had a schnitzel, Serbian style. It is meat, pork for ours, with cheese in the middle, rolled, breaded, and fried. It was served with french fries. Everything was delicious. I can't say enough about how wonderful this trip is.
