Massive Rip-Off – Book Individually and Save Hundreds! I am writing this review to warn potential travelers: this tour is an absolute rip-off. I deeply regret booking it and feel I have wasted over $500 in excess costs by choosing this "package"for 3 members instead of arranging the components myself. The core premise of a multi-day tour like this should be cost savings due to bulk booking and coordinated logistics. Instead, this tour operates on the exact opposite principle. I have since priced out the individual attractions and experiences included in this 4-day itinerary, and the cost of booking them separately is less than half the price I paid for this tour. It is frankly outrageous that combining these experiences for four days somehow more than doubles the individual booking price. There is no added value, convenience, or luxury that justifies this exorbitant markup. I feel completely misled and frankly, swindled. Do yourself a huge favor and do not make the same mistake I did. Take the time to book each part of your trip individually – you will save a significant amount of money and likely have more flexibility as well. This tour is nothing more than a vastly overpriced aggregation of readily available experiences.

Let me start by saying all our tour guides were fantastic and professional and three of the four tours I would highly recommend HOWEVER the walking tour of Dublin and the hop on/off bus was not well managed. The timing did not work at all as the first hop on/off bus would not get to our first stop in time for the tour - and we could not take it from there to the next tour they booked us for for the same reason. We had to rush ourselves through these tours and then almost running to get to meet up spot for walking tour. All these tours were booked and scheduled by Finn mccools. We had sent emails and went in to see them the day prior and were essentially told we would have to walk or find other transportation - although we were led to believe we would get a refund for the hop on/off bus. Not great but would have accepted that. After our last tour we stopped in again. I can’t believe how rude the front desk staff was! He accused us of writing a bad review about our guide and indicated because of that he would not refund the bus. It was the tour company who booked everything and I am shocked that after charging us (5 people) they can tell us the scheduling doesn’t work so you’re on your own to figure it out. No refund. And worst of all the rudest customer service I’ve ever received.

The tours were great and the tour guides were good. Our last tour with Gina to the Cliffs and Galway was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Something there was not enough time to explore. Titanic museum felt rushed. But overall well done.

I highly recommend this tour provided by Finn McCools Tours. I just finished the fourth day and I just want to pass on a thank you to the staff (Werner and Colum) at their office in Dublin. I also want to thank each of my coach drivers for always being safe and courteous. I also want to pass along praise to each of my four tour guides. I want to tell each and every family member of mine that they need to book this tour. It could not have been any better. Our tour guide Peter was extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably funny. Our guide Godfrey was such a tremendous wealth of knowledge as well as Quigs and Alex were so friendly and informative. 5 Stars is not enough….Best tour of a lifetime.

The staff filled in our names with the name of the person who booked the ticket. As a result, we were refused boarding on the last day of the trip because our names did not match. As a result, they refused to agree to a refund later, and I asked to check whether the name of the person who booked the ticket was correct. My name was the same and they did nothing, we lost a day of our trip and they kept passing the buck and refusing to refund.

The four days tour is well complete but guides vary greatly in Quality. Quigg was absolutely excellent for the day to the Cliff of Moher and Galvay , others from others days were Closer to organisers and not great guides although they made some efforts,they were missing context and a little short on explaning their trips. The day in Dublin is conceived as a DIY and was even missing an organiser, so not Bad but could certainly do better.....

The 4 days tour is quite complete; however some guides are much better than others : Quigg 5* Alex 5* others give too little explanations and are just ´organisers’; some trips have a very early start for holidays and could start later with return later…..the day in Dublin itself would require an ‘organiser’ and not only diy.

I was traveling with my 78 year old mom and I wanted to visit the most of Irland in an organized and comfortable way and these four tours were perfect. In all of them we had great tour guides who were very knowledgeable, nice, and funny. The buses were very new, clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized and ran on time. Because some of the tours started at 6:30 am and lasted for 13+ hours, I thought my mom might get to tired but I wasn´t so, she was able to rest between one place to another and that really helped her to enjoy. I recommend to stay in a hotel close to the departing meeting point, this also helps a lot. Great experience I would do it again.

Fantastic way to see a little bit of everything there is to see in Ireland. Punctual, great tour guides and quality of experience was very good. Great value for your money. Will highly recommend these day tours.
