Dieser Kochkurs mit Marktbesuch ist unser beliebtestes Angebot. Die Führung und der Kurs dauern zusammen etwa vier Stunden. Die Tour beginnt damit, dass wir unsere Köche zum weltberühmten Markt La Boqueria in der Nähe begleiten. Bei dieser Führung „hinter die Kulissen“ lernen Sie zahlreiche Händler kennen, von denen einige schon seit Generationen hier sind. Sie erfahren mehr über Produkte aus der Region und sind bei der Auswahl der Zutaten dabei, die später im Kochkurs verwendet werden. Sobald wir wieder in unserer Küche sind, beginnen Sie mit der Zubereitung des Vier-Gänge-Menüs. Alle unsere Kurse sind für jedes Niveau geeignet und werden von professionell ausgebildeten zweisprachigen Köchen geleitet. Die Kurse bieten ein unterhaltsames, geselliges und praxisorientiertes Erlebnis, bei dem Sie unter der fachkundigen Anleitung unserer Kochlehrer an der Zubereitung der verschiedenen Gerichte mitwirken. Wein ist unbegrenzt inbegriffen. Alle unsere Menüs können an Ihre Ernährungsbedürfnisse angepasst werden, einschließlich veganer Gerichte.

Our party of 6 had the best time cooking w/Chef Juan. He was very entertaining as well as a great teacher. First went to the market & then we made the best gazpacho, paella, & potato & egg pie.

Such a nice experience! We started by going to the market where we got a tour and tips on good food to try and what to choose. Then when we got back we made an amazing strawberry gazpacho, paella, bread with tomato, omelet and a Spanish version of crème brûlée. We could take as much white/red wine as we wanted, and there was also a really hot alcohol free drink :) We got lots of good tips for cooking in general and our chef was super nice and fun!

Chef Juan was wonderful, very friendly, he made us feel like we were old friends. Most importantly he taught us a lot about cooking in general as well as the multiple dishes we prepared and cooked under his watchful care! The most fun cooking class I’ve ever attended. You won’t be sorry if you sign up for the wonderful class The trip through the Rambles market was so informative and exciting. Not to be missed!!!

Juan was great! I have made paella in the past but I wanted to cook it the way the Spaniards do and I wasn’t disappointed. We got to make Crema Catala which I wanted to learn. As well as the secret behind the Spanish omelette! The simple tomato toast with garlic, amazing.

I cannot recommend this experience enough!!! We started with an interesting and informative tour of La Boqueria, then walked to the cooking school (short walk and alive with Barcelona culture). Our chef was so great at helping us be comfortable with each other and he remembered everyone's name immediately. We each got to make a significant part of our meal - I made the Crema Catalona and it was easy with his explanations and help. We enjoyed our fabulous meal together overlooking Las Ramblas. Our chef was welcoming, interesting, entertaining and kind. Loved, loved, loved this experience!!!!!
