We enjoyed our massage. I didn’t realise sauna and jacuzzi were not included though so was a little disappointed at that. I didn’t think it was value for money at £210 euros but acknowledge Santorini is quite expensive.

When you contacted us, you specifically indicated a total budget of €250 for two people. Based on this budget, we offered you our 60-minute Couples’ Aromatherapy Massage at €210 per couple, which was the experience you subsequently booked. Our experience combining a 60-minute Couples’ Massage with private 60-minute Sauna & Jacuzzi use is priced at €310 per couple and was therefore above the €250 budget you had provided. For this reason, it was not the experience offered or booked. We are therefore genuinely sorry to see that, although you state that you enjoyed your massage, the experience received a 3-star rating apparently because of a misunderstanding regarding facilities that were not included in your Reservation. We always welcome constructive feedback about the services we actually provide, as it helps us maintain and improve our standards. In this case, however, we feel it is important to clarify for future guests that the €210 Reservation was specifically for the 60-minute Couples’ Aromatherapy Massage and did not include private 60-minute Sauna & Jacuzzi use.
