We were a group of 12 people who booked all tours in Lima and Cusco with Machu Picchu Peru Tours and were super responsible and attentive with us. We enjoy all the tour guides and the experience of each place. On the tour of the Humantay Lagoon, we had a problem on the way as one of my companions lost his passport and the guide Erick was helping us until we could find him, another tour guide had found him and handed him over to the Ministry of Tourism. We really liked that gesture. Erick was attentive to the guide and although we arrived later on the Lagoon tour, he was understanding and patient with us. That tour is more than excellent. The Lagoon is a place that no one should miss when visiting Cusco. The agency again was present, complied and was very attentive to us. We will continue to recommend her and her guides, especially Erick who has a place in our heart!
The tour was challenging, but it's magical to get to the end! The professionalism of the agency is enormous, from the search for accommodation at the right time to the quiet around. The breakfast and lunch place has a beautiful view and everything very tasty! You can repeat at will! A special thanks to the guide Humberto who was very careful with our group, giving precious guidelines so that we can finish feeling as tired as possible. I highly recommend Machu Picchu Peru Tours!

It is a very challenging course in terms of fitness, the climb is not complicated but tired, but when you arrive at the Lagoon everything is forgotten, it is a sight to see the lagoon under the snow covered hills.
It is a wonderful Treking, the view of the lagoon and its beautiful turquoise color is an enriching experience, I would do it again

Visiting this place is a wonderful thing, it has a demanding climb but you can arrive patiently and at your pace, I find the beauty of the place incredible.

It was very nice, very worth it and the guide (Sandro) was very attentive and careful with the whole team. I highly recommend everyone on TripAdvisor. The walk is a bit difficult due to the altitude but everyone in the group finished. If you do not have physical conditions and possible to ride a horse.
