I cannot express how wonderful this trip was. Track, my guide, was wonderful. She knew the complete history of the tunnels. My driver Hai was great. He was a great traveling companion and that is important for such a long drive. Thanks to you both! Highly recommended adventure.
Our guide, Han, created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from the start, and you could tell he genuinely cares about both his guests and the history he is sharing. His explanations were thoughtful and handled with sensitivity, especially when discussing the war and its effects on local communities. Exploring the Vinh Moc tunnels was incredibly interesting, and Phong Nha Cave was absolutely beautiful. What stood out most was the pacing, there was plenty of insight without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, and enough time to simply enjoy the surroundings. The lunch provided was excellent and rounded off the experience perfectly. A really well organised and meaningful tour that I would happily recommend.
I had a genuinely memorable experience on the Hue to Vinh Moc Tunnels and Phong Nha Cave tour. Our host was warm, sincere, and clearly passionate about the region. He shared the history with care and respect, particularly when speaking about the lasting impact of the war, which added real depth to the day. The Vinh Moc tunnels are fascinating and give a powerful insight into how people lived during that time, while Phong Nha Cave is simply stunning. The tour strikes a great balance between informative guidance and giving you space to take everything in at your own pace. A lovely lunch was included as well, which was a thoughtful touch and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
We were staying in Hue, heading towards Phong Nha, and found this tour that incorporated a limousine bus, driving over the DMZ bridge and visiting the Vinh Moc tunnels. The trip was perfect and very well organised. On the way, Linh stopped off a Banh Mi place to get us some yummy breakfast before making our way towards Vinh Moc tunnels. On the way, Linh told us all about the history of Vietnam and the stories around the Ninh Moc tunnels which was very interesting! The tour was all inclusive, it was a great package to do on the way to Phong Nha.
Had the best time today, our guide Han was amazing, super approachable, felt like friends, very knowledgeable and even gave my boyfriend lots of medication for his headache and upset stomach. Transport was comfortable and save and both the tunnels and Phong Nha Cave were amazing. Well worth the money. Thank you Han! :)
The tour was the perfect mix between history and beautiful views. The visit was so interesting. Big thanks to my guide, Hân. I was the only one who booked the tour that day and he showed up just for me, and took such great care of me. He was so nice and knew every answer to all my questions. I highly recommand this tour !
An amazing day..everything about it was 1st class...I would definitely recommend.. my guide was brilliant...
Great organization, varied tour with exciting stops. Guide Han was great, he could give a lot of exciting information, spoke good English and was very nice. Lunch at a local restaurant was very delicious.
To go to the underground of the DMZ + Phong Nha area, it is really great to go with a guide, everything is included. Hoa our guide is very attentive and know many interesting things. If you want to know more about the history of the Vietnam War and the role of France, this tour is for you.
It was a well-organised trip, we had lots of fun and most important our guide (Hoa) spoke very good English so we had no problem understanding all the information she shared with us. The van picked us up from our hotel at 6:30 in Hue and off we went for the adventure! We learned a lot during the car ride so it never got boring and we even got breakfast - Banh mi. The DMZ were fascinating, especially since we've never seen anything like this and it gives quite a perspective. Again our tour guide showed us all the interesting points and answered all of our questions. From there we went for a nice lunch and to the caves. The cave was just incredible, we've seen quite a few caves in our lives but this one left the best impression. We were back at our hotel by 7pm. We would recommend this trip to everyone as it was money well spend. Also since it is already December and we started so early + it was raining there was not that many people, which made things even better. We had quite a private tour :D
