Hubschrauberflug von 25 bis 30 Minuten mit Transferservice

Booking was very easy but despite about 20 mails nobody informed us about what time we will be picked up by the driver. The hotline speaks only Portuguese. Only our concierge at the hotel succeeded. The driver and the flight were mega-punctual. Very professional procedure.

We have been coming to the Borrowdale Hotel for 30 years unfortunately the Xmas Lunch was very disappointing and the service was slow and poor. They even got the bill wrong, we were charged for some one elses drinks.

My daughter and I spent 5 days in Rio de Janeiro, which we loved Our travel Agent had organised a helicopter ride via Rio Caroca Tour Ltd. We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel on Copacabana beach. The helicopter base was a long way, but we didn’t mind (approx. 1hr and 30 minutes return). Unfortunately, that day was a little cloudy but managed to have a great view of the beaches, Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Load Mountain. It was awesome we both loved this helicopter ride and wish it was longer. Would highly recommend Only issue I would have is that we were told the ride would be approx. 30/35minutes ours was 20 minutes exactly. Not sure why but great anyway

Overpriced for what you get! For elderly people with walking problems this is a no no since you need to walk up stairs to get from the street entrance to the elevator, which takes you, (if and when it works) to the reception on the second floor. The carpeted floor in the reception and dining areas are stained and could need a thorough cleaning. My room was okay, except there were no towel holders in the bathroom or soap dish in the shower stall. For hot water you need to let the water run for at least 10-15 minutes. Daytime receptionist not particularly caring. The only redeeming factor is the hotel’s central location.

great helicopter ride pilot was exellent took us all over rio the christa redeemer suger loaf mountain would recommend if your coming to rio its a must you ride all over most of the beaches

It was perfectly planned from beginning to end. Excelente communication with tour coordinador & driver. Pilot was attentive, friendly. We ended up flying alone w pilot which made it more especial.

If I could give this experience 7 stars, I would ! We were a party of 12 and we were looked after brilliantly. The views of Rio with the time we had were just spectacular. Thank you so much to the team that looked after us and the go pro video was an additional bonus. Don’t hesitate, this is a must do!

We hired some transfer services and were happy every time: punctuality, attentive and friendly drivers, new, clean and well-maintained cars and a lot of flexibility for schedule adjustments. We recommend it with enthusiasm.

Pleasure trip with friends. In August, we traveled 3 couples to Memories Varadero in Cuba. All great, beautiful beaches, great service. Very good Restaurant Criollo, thanks to Yeinys, Wendy and Yusteidys. So is the Japanese Resaurant. It's so big, so big, you get tired of walking, it's a shame, like us, there are some foods that don't reach them, but they give it all the ripple.
