Hello, we carried out the above tour at your place yesterday. According to the description, the tour should last 4–5 hours. However, we actually had to stop the tour after 5.5 hours, about 1.5 hours before the actual end, as we had a follow-up date. From our point of view, this time difference was mainly due to a lunch not mentioned in the description. This unfortunately represented a very unpleasant stopover: We waited unusually long, received very small portions at a high price and there was no vegetarian alternative. In addition, the staff seemed overwhelmed – we had to go to the kitchen several times ourselves to get anything at all. Also the buggy ride did not correspond to the description. Instead of the specified 1 hour, it lasted only about 30 minutes. Probably because lunch took too much time. In addition, the trip was interrupted again and again to have to take photos. We clearly communicated to the driver that we booked the tour for driving and not for photo stops. Nevertheless, this was not addressed and we were told that we could not continue driving but had to stop. Unfortunately, our wishes were not addressed at all. Basically, it’s not bad if a tour lasts longer or runs differently – but an honest and transparent description is crucial. Withholding this important information is unacceptable in our view and leads to great dissatisfaction among guests.

Horrible in every sense, they only complied with taking us to the points established on the tour, however, they did not comply with the guide, the times for each point, the accompaniment of the tour. We were more than 30 minutes in the whereabouts of the tubulars, in the sun waiting to tell us which tubular to climb without answer from the company, who solved it was the driver of a tubular. It should be noted that the group included minors (children under 5 years of age) and the company did not provide a solution. Lousy organization, not recommended.

The sand boarding and sand buggy ride was the best. We also really enjoyed walking around the oasis. The tour was in Spanish but a few of the participants spoke English so it was fine. We were also impressed by the wine during the wine tour and ended up buying a bottle.
