The overall tour was amazing!!! My friend and I did the Houston Pub Crawl, and it ended up being just us two and the tour guide, Jonathon. He was absolutely brilliant! We got to hear all about the history of Houston and how it relates to the cemeteries/spooky haunts around downtown. As well as a few really cool anecdotal stories, along with an EMF reader that we got to use, and speak to a few haunts! Absolutely amazing!
If I could give this tour a negative I would have. We went to the muster spot 15 minutes early to find nobody. We waited until 8 and called. We were told our guide was running late. Then we waited another five minutes and called and cancelled. This is where it got really weird. We then went to a local bar and somehow the guide showed up about 15 minutes later at the same bar. Asking if someone had booked a ghost tour. We told the guide we had and that we had cancelled. The creep then went into all kinds of excuses and refused to leave as he stood behind us. I eventually had to get nasty with him because he was acting weird and just stood behind us and refused to leave. We even offered to buy him a drink and he kept saying that he might get fired and still refused to leave. At that point I had to tell him to leave us alone and go away! He eventually left but only after I got nasty with him. I'm not sure who this guide was but his behavior was very concerning and I would advise anyone who books with this company to use caution.
The historical anecdotes left me chills. Noodles was a perfect reptilian teeming with knowledge beyond his years. Would highly recommend the Bees Knees at at Dean's!

It was a fun and interesting evening. Our guide Jonathan did a great job showing us locations in downtown Houston that are reputed to be haunted and filling us in on several historical locations. He entertained us with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He also introduced us to several pubs. My favorite was The Watch Company. We had a great time and plan to take some Ghost City Tours in other cities. The Galveston tour was highly recommended by others on the tour.

I booked this tour for a small bachelorette party of three. The bride is a fan of spooky things, so combining ghost stories and adult beverages was the perfect combination. The tour was a great experience! Our tour guide provided detailed stories and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. Most importantly, the timing didn't fill rushed or stalled visiting four bars and various landmarks. I highly recommend this tour!
