Super fun day for the family. There are height and weight restrictions on some of the water slides so be aware if you have small children. We especially loved the hot springs.
Husband and I did this activity with friends. Absolutely loved all that we did. It was a hot day however being under the canopy of the trees was very cooling.

Customer service was very poor. We asked 3 different people how to get to the mud bath and were directed to the mineral bath each time. I also explored, looking for the mud bath and couldn’t find a sign or the location. Eventually I concluded that there wasn’t one. We had a swim in the mineral pools and enjoyed the steam room and sauna, which was nice. After drying off and getting changed, we were waiting for our car and stood next to a picture of mud bath, coffee bath and milk bath, so they exist but you just can’t get there.
Dear Mr. Larry Sharpe, We're surprised to read your review today. We're sure you can find the ways from the entrance of Nui Than Tai hotsprings to the mudbath center. When you get the tickets at the ticket counter, you can get a free map of this hotspings, and on the map, please find a point numbered 19 as the Mud-bath center. Even when you don't have a printed map, you can see a big map on the billboard near from the entrance gate. MUDBATH IS AVAILABLE THERE IN NUI THAN TAI HOTSPRINGS. It's Not like what you wrote in your review. It's a large area and this is a private tour only for you so you have plenty of time to find the right way to the mudbath center inside the hotsprings. When you didnot find the way to the mudbath, why did you NOT call me and my staff Selina at Whatsapp ? We already contacted eachother via Whatsapp. You could call us at that time and we will guide you to the mudbath or talk to a nearby Vietnamese person to ask him/her to help you. It's not because you could not find the way to the mudbath, you wrote an one-star review like this. We provided all services the same to what are listed on Viator website. Fantastic spa experience. We got there early and basically had the spa to ourselves. The sauna, steam room and Himilayan Salt steam room were excellent. The Onsen pools were amazing and the jaccuzi and mud bath were a great way to finish our spa session.
