What a fantastic company where all good and helpful people work. I miss a leg (no prosthesis) but this company made it possible for me to take a fantastic hot air balloon ride, I especially want to thank Amin for his patience with me 🫣
A sumptuous moment: the pilot Elyas was very reassuring, funny and available for all the questions we asked. The breakfast and the welcome were perfect. The flight is magnificent, timeless!!
Absolutely excellent. Elias our pilot was highly skilled, knowledgeable, great fun and we had a brilliant time. Thanks also to Abdul and the film crew. Definitely do the video!
More than a positive experience, a special appreciation for the friendliness and helpfulness of Abdellah 1, our guide.
Our pilot, Mr. Bean, is a funny guy. It was a chill and beautiful day for a balloon ride. Highly recommend
great experience hotel pickup great breakfast but the hot air balloon flight is unforgettable especially at sunrise the view the calm the flight it was great and a top-notch team thanks for this wonderful moment
This wasn't top of my list of things to do, but was on my wife's list. But I am glad I did it. The balloon group were very professional. Pick up from the hotel was early but on time. The ride to the balloon location was relaxed and unhurried. The pilot of the balloon was experienced and knowledgeable. The views were magnificent. The whole experience seemed surreal. I didn't feel as if I was about a 1000 metres in the atmosphere. It was a great experience. Everything just seemed to happen like clockwork. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for your first balloon ride
Wow, what a great experience! The day before we got the pick-up time and we were picked up neatly on time at the hotel. The sunrise from the balloon was breathtaking. Along the way we enjoyed the peace: a rooster crowing, a goatherd with his flock... really special. You want to surprise each other? Do this balloon ride. Absolutely unforgettable!
Exceptional experience from beginning to end. We are a party of 6 people collected from our hotel by wonderful driver. Every staff member we met was welcoming and kind such a great team. We enjoyed driving behind our balloon and basket and having a full experience of the set up and preparation. Nicole thank you so much for making the ride so special for everyone on board. Absolute bucket list adventure, and the drone footage was icing on top!! Wow
An simply wonderful and unforgettable experience. Flying in a hot air balloon at dawn was thrilling, with spectacular views and a truly magical atmosphere. A special thanks to Yassine, who was exceptional in every way. He came to pick us up directly from our home and was very punctual both going and returning. Always kind, helpful, smiling, and very professional, he contributed to making the entire experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks also to Nicole, who piloted the hot air balloon with great professionalism and expertise, making us feel safe and comfortable during the flight. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Impeccable organization, fantastic people, and a truly unique experience. I absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I would do it again without any doubt. Heartfelt thanks to Yassine, Nicole, and the entire team for this special experience!
