Fabulous- 5 stars!!!!
This was my second hot air balloon flight and our pilot ( Smile Balloons) was excellent. It’s a real family business . His wife picked us up from our hotel and took us to the van pick up point and then they took us to the balloon take off field. There were 10 balloons going up and it was a real spectacle . The weather was just right . This was attempt number 2 . Great flight out towards Trakai Castle on an evening sunset trip. Very smooth landing and a champagne finish. Excellent !!!

Smooth balloon ride
Went on the balloon ride Mon 6th July. Had been cancelled from day before due to poor weather. Very professional company. Ride was very smooth and great views over Trakai castle.

Highly recommend
Awesome! Really good communication answering all our questions while we were planning our trip. It was great experience all the way! I am afraid of highs but never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. We loved it!

Good to have hotel pick up and drop off, good guide and arrangement, nice staff who provided a safe hot air balloon experience to all of us, really a great memory of the trip in Vilnius!

Amazing
We had an amazing trip. It was my first hot air balloon ride and it was everything and more than I expected. The company were in constant contact about the weather and collection times etc, the brothers were extremely professional throughout but friendly giving a commentary during the flight and in the car ride. I would highly recommend this company.

Book with Smile Balloons - well worth it!
Four of us went on Sunday morning - we were picked up promptly and our flight was over Trakai. The weather was amazing - a low fog initially and then blue skies for amazing views! We loved it - our pilot made us feel very safe, explained everything and was a great guide giving us information about what we could see. We were in the air for an hour. It's so peaceful and calm. Highly recommend - these two guys work so efficiently. Thanks for a fantastic morning!
