The entire experience was fantastic. I had a good tour guide was very knowledgeable in all the sites that we went to were very interesting. The driver was very skillful and was very careful maneuvering through the traffic, which was very heavy due to the mini festivals and Blue Jays game that was happening. I absolutely loved Toronto. The city is so clean and the people are very friendly. Thank you via tour. I look forward to returning to Toronto in the fall to see what else is going on there. And I will more than likely spend the weekend because I do love the city and I love taking tours and I love Canada
It was a great experience! Liam was the guide while our tour aboard the bus and we rather not hop off so we could hear his narration. He was knowledgeable, funny and personable. Will recommend it to my clients.

Best way to get around the city without worrying about driving & traffic. You can take the busses around as many times as you want, & you are able to get off at any of the stops & get back on another bus. I stayed in the city the whole day & used the busses to get from place to place. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I had a great experience & would do it again.

It was a beautiful sunny day and the announcer who was telling us about the sites did a great job. I just really felt that many of the stops were far from points of interest and made hopping on and hopping off highly unlikely

Not all buses have translator. The scanner ran out of paper. Bus was rusty and has seen better days.

The pickup points were a bit confusing. The loop was a good choice of sights. We thought it went longer than 6pm. We had 3 different guides. Some were much clearer to understand than others. Liked the part where we were given a head set so you could listen to what was being said.

We have used this company in many other cities and found it to be a wonderful experience. Unfortunately our guide, Adam was a disappointment. For the short side of this, if you do this tour just make sure Adam isn’t your guide. Get off and wait for another bus. Long version, we were in one of the last loops so we didn’t feel we could switch buses. Adam would say things “I should know that or I don’t remember but it’s kinda like”. He kept asking how people liked the city, instead of having interesting facts like many of the other tours we have been on in other cities. Most of his time was handing out headphones and maps, being distracted by city noise or people waving and calling out every Tim Horton’s in the city. He couldn’t tell a cohesive story and would jump all around. I honestly learned nothing on this tour other than there are 172 Tim Horton’s and he likes Dairy Queen.
