Hong Island Tagestour mit dem Schnellboot ab Krabi

We very slightly disappointed in the overall trip. The islands were crowded and we were only able to wade in the water at the very crowed lunch spot with murky water. We paid extra for kayaking, but kayaking was never mentioned on the trip and we have no idea when or where this would have been done. The guides were okay, but not too interactive.

The tour itself went well and the staff onboard the speedboat were pleasant and efficient. However, there were two issues before the start of the tour when most of us ended up waiting an hour at the pier with no information, and the tour not starting until 09:20. The second issue was with the staff member who when asked for the delay was rude and dismissive telling me that it will be after 09:00 because they were waiting for more people. When asked why the other customers were not organised to arrive the same time as us she walked off without an answer. I then contacted the tour company who told me that not all customers could arrive at the same time and a short delay was normal. One hour is not a short delay and is not acceptable.

Overall, this was a very good tour and a great experience. However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the pickup time mentioned in the advertisement was not accurate. We were picked up around 8:40 AM, which did not match the scheduled time provided in the listing. Second, the reception and check in area felt disorganized. Third, the person calling the groups was confusing. They would call one tour group and then immediately start calling other groups. If you are not paying close attention, it is easy to end up in a different group than the one you paid for. We also departed close to 9:20 AM. The tour was advertised as approximately six hours, but our experience lasted about five hours. That being said, the tour guides, captain, and crew were excellent. They were very attentive, kind, and explained everything very well. They truly take great care of you throughout the experience. The tour included hotel pickup and drop off, water, orange juice, lunch, and fruit. Everything was well provided and made the experience very enjoyable. Despite the organizational issues, it was still a great experience overall.

Nice tour with a lovely guide. Good pick up and drop aff at hotel and everything in between well organized. Highlight is the panoramic vieuw at hong island.

A brilliant trip. Chim was friendly and helpful. Beautiful island (even in the downpour we had). Journey was smooth despite the grey weather and boat felt secure , safe and comfortable. On tbe way back you are given fruit and a coconut & offered soft drinks throughout the trip. Would highly recommend!

The weather was not perfect, but we had a good time. The food was delicious, and the fruit was good.

Amazing experience! Super kind and allowed us to spend the most time at our final stop at Hong. Highly suggest!!!! The provided meal was delicious and the amount of fruit they gave was generous. We also received snorkles with new mouth pieces to use. I can see why this tour has been around for so long.

So good!! We picked up to the hotel and everything was fun. Lunch is delicious and the tour guide is very friendly. I highly recommend.

The guide was very friendly and the fruits were delicious! If you want to go to the slideshow, I recommend you to go to Hong Kong for a tour. Well, swimming, snow-cooling, leisure and enjoy it.

We enjoyed this tour so much! they have free breakfast when you arrive at the pier (water, coffee, snacks). in the boat they provided drinks, croissants and fruits. we loved the coconut water, so refreshing and cold!! the staff was super nice and helpful in everything. they also took our pictures and gave us information. we departed from the pier at 7.30am and we arrived at the beach at around 9am. there’s a hike to the viewpoint but we didn’t take it because we only had two hours at the beach + we were already tired when we got to the first stop. they provide life vests and snorkelling masks as well. we would have loved to stay more to go hike, take pics, relax and swim without checking the time but a little before 11am it started raining so at the end the timing was perfect, we had to go back :) EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT <3 the staff is super kind and available!!
