The instructor was amazing very professional and friendly. We did the workshop in one of the beautiful buildings in the grounds of the Ubud Museum and all the staff were lovely.

Amazing experience! We learned the basics of woodcarving. Pak Wayan was incredibly helpful in making sure that we're carving our wood pieces properly and we had a good chat with him while doing the activity. We truly enjoyed ourselves!

This was such an incredible experience! The museum itself was one of the most stunning places ever and there is soooo much to do and see, live art being made, exhibitions and the gardens are beautiful. The wood working teacher was incredibly talented, he was a great teacher, amazing with my 11 year old daughter and we left the class feeling like we had learnt so much and accomplished something really amazing and fulfilling, I would definitely recommend!

Ketut masterfully guided me in creating a lotus. This gave me an appreciation for Carvings I would see throughout Bali. This was a great experience and definitely walk through the museum, impressive art. The class was in the sun in front of a Museum Gallery, the shaded side would have been better, I melted.

My wife and I participated in this workshop and we had a wonderful experience! Our teacher, Ketut, was kind, patient and very supportive. We took our time and enjoyed every moment of chipping away the block of wood to end up with a truly beautiful product. I would recommend anyone that has an interest in art or woodwork should try this out. This is a beginner level so anyone can give it a try. Woodcraft is a big part of Balinese culture and we have a newfound respect for the hard work that goes into sculpting these works of art by hand. Thank you Ketut and ARMA for providing us with a fantastic experience!
