Hoi An Streetfood-Tour mit Billy

Beschreibung

Emily gave us a wonderful food tour! We only had one day in Hoi An and wanted to try a wide variety of local food so this tour was perfect for us. Not only did we try several regional specialties, we also supported local businesses with long histories. Emily also took us off the main roads and taught us about some local customs and traditions. Highly recommend this tour!
We had the best time on the tour with Emily! They let us know there was a religious festival today so some places might be closed but they adjusted the tour accordingly! We had a mix of walking and taking a shuttle bus which was handy. Emily was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable about Hoi An and all the food - we had such an amazing evening and would recommend it to anyone!
Billy’s Travel website have so many wonderful tours and we decided to book the morning walking tour of Hoi An (and a tour of Da Nang- separate review done). It was a half day tour and felt like a good choice for my 7 year old. From my first email to the company, everything was handled so professionally and smoothly. Easy and clear communication for bookings, punctual guides and car transport, knowledgeable and well spoken guides - we were really impressed! We were rly happy to see Billy would be our tour guide! As he grew up in Hoi An, we really got to experience Hoi A like a local. We heard unique stories we wouldn’t have known otherwise, visited historically significant sights and tasted amazing delicacies. Billy also kept the tour very interesting for our little one, engaging his curiosity with questions and cool facts! Thank you so much for a heartwarming trip to Hoi An, we can’t wait to be back. We highly recommend Billy’s team for your visit to Vietnam, they are the best!
We had such a wonderful time on our street food tour with Billy! Our guide, Emily, was absolutely amazing. She took extra care to find restaurants that could accommodate our dietary restrictions, which we truly appreciated. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the rich history and culture of Vietnam throughout the tour. We learned so much while also enjoying some incredible food! Everything was delicious, but the fried wontons and ice cream were definitely two of our favorites. My wife and I highly recommend this tour company. If you book, be sure to ask for Emily. She made the experience even more memorable! Dwayne and Kaii
We had a fantastic experience on last nights foodie tour with Billyvietnam travel. Communication with Billy and Emily was very prompt and comprehensive throughout the process. Emily spoke great English and gave us lots of information on the local history and introduced us to some foods we hadn’t tried before which were all yummy. Finished the tour off with the best avocado ice cream ever and then Emily made sure we were picked up by our Grab driver before leaving us. Thank you Emily.
Wow, what a night, highlight of our trip so far! 9 dishes at 7 restaurants and all very local! Beautiful food every single dish and walking through the alleyways was kind of special as you felt really local and not part of the tourist huddle. Our guide Flower was amazing and very knowledgeable of the local dishes. Billy was in contact the moment we booked and the communication was first class, even the day after the tour! We had a great group of 8 and would highly Recommend this tour to anyone considering tasting the food of Hoi An Thank you!
Had a great night last night on tour. Flower was a great guide. Great food. Very informative. Lovely evening and met some great people. Totally recommend
This tour really opened our eyes to the quality of food in Vietnam! We thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried, and our guide (named Men) did a great job explaining all the foods to us. If you want to try the best version of all the local foods, sign right up!
What a fantastic fun tour! We ate delicious at stands along the street, at people's homes and at restaurants with typical local dishes. Our guide Amy was very friendly and enthusiastic, she knew a lot about the food culture and about life in Hoi An. Highly recommended!
This tour is NOT for you…. IF 1. You don’t like local food 2. You prefer commercialized eateries and tourist traps 3. You hate exploring the streets to experience the local way of life. Otherwise it is an awesome way to experience Hoi An and its amazing food culture. We had an amazing selection of local Vietnamese cuisine, some on the streets, some of these in people’s actual homes! It was an amazing experience and highly recommended. Our guide Phoung was very interactive and informative, and we learnt a lot about not only the food but how it played a part in people’s daily lives and culture. There is a lot of food to eat. Give lunch a miss.
