Treffen Sie unseren Reiseleiter im Hoi An Historic Cafe (im Hoi An Historic Hotel) vor Tourbeginn. Ihr Fortgeschrittener wird Ihr Fahrrad anpassen, ein Sicherheitseinführungsgespräch geben und einen Überblick über die Tour geben.
Die Fahrt öffnet sich bald zu ruhigen Landstraßen, die von Kokospalmen und Gemüsegärten gesäumt sind, wo die Einheimischen auf Fahrrädern auf die Felder fahren. Unterwegs erzählt Ihr Fortgeschrittener Geschichten aus dem Dorfleben und erklärt, wie diese Gemeinden Tradition und Veränderungen im Tourismus weiterhin in Einklang bringen.
Unser erster Halt ist eine kleine Familienküche, in der Bánh bèo (gedämpfte Reiskuchen) nach traditioneller Methode zum Frühstück zubereitet werden. Es ist ein einfacher, köstlicher Einblick in das tägliche Leben auf dem Land, bevor wir in eines der schönsten Dörfer von Hoi An weiterreiten, wo wir in einem Familienhaus Halt machen, um etwas über die Tradition der Familienkapellen zu erfahren. Von hier aus folgt die Route kleinen Kanälen und Wasserstraßen in Richtung einer hölzernen Bootsbaustelle. Die Fischerei bleibt das Lebenselixier der Provinz, und der Anblick von Handwerkern, die Rümpfe von Hand formen, ist ein Highlight für Fotografen. Wenn das Timing stimmt, werden Sie auch Familien sehen, die zwischen den Fahrten auf See ihre Fischernetze reinigen.
Zu unseren letzten Stationen gehört eine familiengeführte Brennerei, in der Reiswein noch immer auf die gleiche Weise hergestellt wird wie seit Generationen. Gerne können Sie ein Glas probieren, oder für Abenteuerlustige die stärkere lokale Version mit Kräutern probieren! Danach geht es zurück nach Hoi An.

We had a wonderful private bike tour with our guide Brian! We were worried that it would be more strenuous to cycle for so long in the hot weather. But it absolutely was not! We always had a comfortable pace and took many breaks. We liked all the places he took us to very much, and we really enjoyed his extremely friendly and accommodating manner. Cam on Brian!

My 2 young kids and I had a wonderful time biking through the countryside with our tour guide Tam. Tam spoke great English and did a great job explaining each stop. We felt safe following Tam's lead even while biking through the city streets en route to the countryside.

Tam was an amazing guide. He was so informative and so friendly! I was a bit apprehensive about riding a bike in the city traffic, but he kept us safe and never felt any danger. We were only in traffic for a very short time, then it was all country roads. The experiences were authentic and so interesting. Really gave us a new perspective of Vietnam. I'm 63 , and my husband is 68, we are in fairly good shape and we never felt over exerted . I highly recommend this tour and ask forTam!!!

It was a must if you are in Hoi an. This tour lets you experience how locals really live and not just the ‘tourist type’ of things. Brian is our guide and he is very knowledgable about the history and all. We did and go through places and experiences that you would’ve missed if you are doing it on your own.

Amazing tour guide. We had a fantastic bike ride and great to see another side of Hoi An, see a different way of living and working within the rice fields. While it was very hot the guide made sure we stopped off along the way
