Our tour guide Kun is very cheerful and friendly. She answers our question very well and took care of our group.
Si visitáis Hoi An, no dudéis en hacer el free tour con ella 😌☺️ An amazing experience with Khieu! She was an incredibly friendly, lovely, and approachable guide from the very beginning. She showed us around the entire Old Town of Hoi An while sharing lots of interesting facts about its streets, Vietnamese culture, and the history of the country. She makes the tour really enjoyable and interesting, speaks perfect English, and you can tell she genuinely loves sharing her knowledge. She was also very kind and attentive throughout the whole tour, and at the end she gave us some wonderful recommendations to help us continue exploring and enjoying the city! We 100% recommend Khieu! If you’re visiting Hoi An, don’t hesitate to take the free walking tour with her 😌☺️
We had a great time. Our guide Kun was super enthusiastic and she knew a lot about the city.
We had a fabulous time on this walking tour. Our guide Nhat was a divine human being who helped us understand the true meaning of gratitude and why the Vietnamese people are so gentle and kind. Nhat was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about the fascinating history of Hoi An and Vietnamese culture in general. The tour was well-paced and Nhat was a very attentive guide, always checking to see if we needed water or a little rest. This was definitely one of the best walking tours we have ever taken. We highly recommend it.
Kun was an amazing guide, tailoring the tour to the interests of the group. And she was fun and funny. Thanks Kun!
Vi is a fantastic guide, knowledgeable and interactive. She made the walking tour fun and keep us engaged throughout the walk with great stories and snacks.
We did the walking tour with Toan on August 7th at 8:30 am, and I would first like to emphasize what an incredibly patient, kind and professional young man he is. Our group consisted of our Dutch family of four adults, two Spanish couples, and a German family with two young boys. Most of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour, the stories Toan shared and the way he explained everything. He is very knowledgeable, tells interesting stories and clearly puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into his work. He really did an excellent job. Unfortunately, one family in our group (the German family) was complaining almost from the very beginning, about nearly everything imaginable. Their children were constantly misbehaving and complaining, the mother spent a great deal of time on her phone and was even already talking about writing a negative review during the tour, while the father repeatedly complained about money and costs — which was particularly strange considering this is a free walking tour where you simply choose how much you would like to tip afterwards. Their behaviour affected the atmosphere for the entire group. It was very uncomfortable to watch, especially as the father spoke to Toan in a rather condescending manner. Several of us were becoming increasingly frustrated by the way they behaved towards him. What impressed us most was the way Toan handled the situation. You could tell that their behaviour was difficult for him, but he remained friendly, calm and professional throughout. He never lost his patience and continued doing his very best to make the tour enjoyable for everyone else. Eventually, the family simply left the tour without really saying anything. I am mentioning this because I sincerely hope that if they decide to leave a negative review, people will understand that their experience was certainly not representative of the rest of the group. We were all very happy with Toan and thought he did a fantastic job. Toan deserves praise, not criticism. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you, Toan, for a very interesting and enjoyable morning — and especially for your incredible patience and professionalism!
I usually try to avoid guided tours because I like exploring on my own, but doing this tour with Kun changed really made Hoi An , 100 times more interesting I realized I would have missed literally 90% of what makes Hội An so special. I saw differently the beautiful old wooden Chinese houses and got information i never could find on the internet or Instagram or maybe i didnt look well but having it explained to you in person is much warmer and interesting. Kun was funny, engaging, and genuine. If you're in Hội An, definitely do a tour otherwise you will miss a lot of things for me it completely changed how i saw the city.
We learned about the history of the city of Hoi An with Kuhn, and it was a highly recommended experience! The city is beautiful and Kuhn's explanations made the visit very worthwhile! 😊
Karla was my guide and provided an excellent knowledge of hoi an heritage and culture. She is very proud to call hoi an her home and I thoroughly valued her taking me into unesco sites and felt the tour was a highlight of my travels. Cam on.
