Der Kochkurs findet in einer Kochschule mit professionellen Köchen statt, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie authentische Rezepte und die beste Zubereitung lernen. Es ist die umfassendste gastronomische Aktivität, die Sie in Barcelona finden können. Sie beginnen mit dem Besuch des Marktes La Boquería in Begleitung des Küchenchefs oder seines Assistenten. Nach Ihrer Rückkehr probieren Sie 10 Tapas, die mit verschiedenen Weinen kombiniert werden, und der Küchenchef erklärt Ihnen anhand dieser Tapas die Geschichte der Spanischen Gastronomie. Der Kochkurs besteht aus der Zubereitung eines kompletten Gourmetmenüs, das von einem professionellen Koch geführt wird. Sie werden lernen, wie man ein komplettes traditionelles Spanisches Menü zubereitet: Meeresfrüchte Paella, Spanische Omelette und Crema Catalana. Das Menü kann an jede Art von Ernährung angepasst werden: Vegetarisch, vegan, glutenfrei usw. Getränke sind während der Tapas-Verkostung, während des Kochkurses und beim Mittag- oder Abendessen inbegriffen.

This experience was super fun! It didn't matter if you came with someone or alone, we were one big happy family within minutes! You don't feel any pressure to participate and they guide you through all the steps, so if you don't know how to do something, they will teach you. The food was delicious! Only negative was it stated that they will serve cava while cooking, but it was only red or white wine or soda. That was a bummer as I LOVE cava. The tour through the market is good if you have intentions of buying food or visiting for a while, but for me, only being in Barcelona for a total of 4 days, I didn't necessarily need that part. All in all 10/10 experience and a great way to spend an afternoon!

Iconic, lively, and touristy place on La Rambla... it dazzles the eyes, we want to taste, savor, and buy everything, but watch out for the wallet! It is very, very, very expensive for Spain!
Still as busy, a mosaic of colors. You can hear all the languages, it is impossible to walk along the promenade without stopping. Never disappointed, even if we have come several times. We make a stop every visit in this beautiful multicultural city, full of youth.
Host Claudia was excellent host & guiding us through our cooking class. Visit to Market was less than expected as description seemed like we would be shopping for the ingredients we would cook with.
This was a special experience while on a trip to Spain with our thirteen year old grandson. Our chef and guide, Claudia, was informative, engaging, and lots of fun. This was truly a hands on tour with a delicious outcome. After a tour of the market with the benefit of an expert’s viewpoint, we returned to a lovely apartment with a chef’s kitchen. Claudia ensured that all five on our tour dove right in and were part of the entire process. In particular, she was sure to include our grandson, who really was the chief chef to make a delicious dessert!
We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, especially when we toured the market, she provided valuable education on what to look for in terms of fresh foods and the name of the authentic stands and why. Pre-cooking she presented Tapas that were all very delicious which led us into the prepping and cooking. She kept our wine glasses full, she had a great sense of humor which encouraged our group bonding, filled with laughter and lots of pictures. The food (Paella & flan) were spectacular and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great activity during your time in Barcelona. Thank you Claudia for being awesome!!

Oh my goodness, such a great experience. Claudia is AMAZING! Great chef, great knowledge - made everyone feel at home - at the end it felt like I was cooking with friends in someone's apartment!
