Die mexikanische Gastronomie wurde im November 2010 von der UNESCO als immaterielles Kulturerbe der Menschheit anerkannt. Für mich ist es eine Freude, einen Teil des mexikanischen Kulturerbes zu zeigen; Basierend auf traditionellen Rezepten mit einem modernen Touch. Wenn Reisende dies wünschen, werden sie auf einen Rundgang über den lokalen Markt mitgenommen, wo sie frische Produkte von ihrer besten Seite bewundern können. Wir werden ihnen beibringen, die traditionellsten Gerichte der mexikanischen Küche zuzubereiten, wobei sie in der Lage sein werden, von Generationen geerbte Techniken anzuwenden.

i did the cooking class with family including my teenage kids and it was a great experience. this is my 2nd time taking this class . first time was solo and now with my family. my kids enjoyed the experience and were completely engaged in the process and fully participated. sam had a station for each of us and assigned accordingly. the food was excellent and we would do this again when back in SMA. definitely worth the price and a fun experience. sam is a great host.
Fantastic culinary adventure with Sam and his fellow chef partner. I've lived in Mx for many years and am a huge fan of Mexican food but never realized the complexity until this experience. We spent 3 hours preparing some incredible dishes and the highlight was when we got to eat what we had prepared. Highly recommend.
Our instructors were very informative and helpful during the entire class! The food was delicious and I cannot recommend this experience enough!
If you are looking for a fun and authentic Mexican cooking class, please don’t hesitate! We had an excellent experience with Sam and his sous chef as we prepared some fairly complicated recipes in traditional ways using the freshest of ingredients and spices. And then enjoyed our creations with a wine pairing. Amazing! This class is priced very reasonable. We urge you to enjoy it!!
My family and I had a wonderful time at our cooking class with Sam and Armando. I really appreciated how thoughtfully the experience was organized and how each person had a hands‑on role in bringing the meal together. I learned a lot and it was fun to get a taste of what it's like to work in a professional kitchen. On top of that, the food was amazing and it ended up being one of our favorite meals in SMA. This experience was one of the top highlights of our trip!
Sam and Armando are so talented at cooking and are very knowledgeable in the culinary art. They both provide a fun atmosphere with some delicious and authentic foods. Truly a fantastic experience!
Sam and his friend gave us a wonderful afternoon. Creating dishes we were so impressed with, the conclusion was we had our Michelin Star dining experience at last! Delicious , hilarious and beyond our expectations.

This was the best cooking class I have ever taken. There were 3 of us in the group…each person was responsible for 1-2 dishes. The guidance was excellent and we were able to create delicious snd beautiful food. Highly recommend!
