Satoshi was our driver. He was so courteous and constantly communicated with us so we’d know where to go for pick up and expected arrival. He tracked our flight and messaged me before I could confirm with him that we landed! Great, easy experience.

Never turned up. I received a message to let driver know when I landed. I did and he never replied or turned up

Drive and driver was good. I was a little frustrated that I scheduled our ride for 4:00 and he arrived at 2:30 and texted me. Then at 3:17 he was texting me about charging extra if he waits longer than 90 minutes. Not sure why he got there so early when I requested a 4:00 pick up.

The Van they sent was not big enough and we had suitcases everywhere. Even though I told them several times how much luggage we had. We couldn't move our legs. Then he had to stop an get petrol on the way so it wasted more time. Would not recommend this transfer as they don't listen when you tell them things. It was all in writing.

No communication very vague information!! Get an uber and avoid this scams, not o ce they answered and provided pick uo information.

There were no instructions provided for pickup, and no information about the driver. Communication was poor from both sides. I will not book again
