Unfortunately, the host mistakenly conducted the olive oil tasting instead of the booked vermouth experience, as the venue offers several different tastings. As we understand it, this was only brought to our attention after the experience. During the activity, no concerns were raised, and after the tasting you even purchased the olive oil, so the host was unaware that there had been any misunderstanding. As soon as we became aware of the mistake, we contacted you and offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. If something doesn't seem right during an experience, we always encourage guests to let the host know straight away. In most cases, any misunderstanding can be resolved immediately, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience as intended.
