Eine private ganztägige Tour durch Hiroshima und Miyajima, geführt von einem Einheimischen mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Stadt. Diese 8-stündige Tour bietet eine klare Einführung in die Geschichte und Friedensbotschaft Hiroshimas, gefolgt von einer Zeit auf Miyajima Island in einem entspannten, flexiblen Tempo. Wir beginnen am Friedensgedenkpark von Hiroshima, wo ich historische Hintergründe und lokale Perspektiven auf die Vergangenheit und Erholung der Stadt teile. Nach einer Mittagspause mit lokaler Hiroshima-Küche wie Okonomiyaki, mit vegetarischen und glutenfreien Optionen, reisen wir zur Insel Miyajima, um den Itsukushima-Schrein, das ikonische „schwimmende“ Torii-Tor, und ruhigere Teile der Insel zu besuchen. Der Reiseplan, Reiseroute ist nicht festgelegt. Timing, Reihenfolge und Tempo werden je nach Interessen, Energieniveau, Wetter und Gezeiten angepasst. Je nach Bedingungen können wir den Tag auf Miyajima beginnen, um das Torii bei Flut zu sehen. Diese Tour ist ideal für Reisende, die einen sinnvollen, gut getakteten Tag ohne Hektik wünschen.

Very informative. You learn a lot and see/learn things you wouldn’t if you didnt have a guide. Alex was absolutely amazing, wish we could have him on every tour. Best tour/guide we have ever been on and we have used Viator or many of our travels. Do NOT miss your chance to book this tour with Alex. It was the most memorable thing we did in our two weeks in Japan. Our teenagers enjoyed it just as much as we did.

We enjoyed our tour with Alex very much. We visited the Peace Park. Atomic Bomb Museum, and Miyajima. He was very knowledgeable about the history of these place and also of ferry schedules, buying tickets, etc which helped us make the most of our limited time in Hitlroshima. He even showed us a great place for lunch. His communication with us before the trip was excellent and he was there to pick us up at the port and got us back to the ship on time.

We had a great day with Alex it was a full day and personalized for us as a couple. He was fully informed and showed us all the great aspects of Miyajima and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Cost effective with trams, ferry and entry fees. Highly recommend.

Bedankt voor de mooie review! Wat ontzettend leuk om te lezen. We hebben behoorlijk wat kilometers gemaakt die dag, maar daardoor hebben jullie wel echt alles uit de dag kunnen halen. Gelukkig was er tussendoor ook tijd voor een lekkere lunch, leuke gesprekken en de nodige humor. Ik vond het trouwens echt leuk dat jullie ’s avonds nog een keer terug zijn gegaan naar het Peace Memorial Park. De sfeer daar na zonsondergang is toch weer heel anders dan overdag. Nogmaals bedankt voor de gezellige dag, en ik hoop dat jullie nog volop genieten van de rest van jullie reis door Japan!
Alex knew with a quick assessment our interests well so we could visit a beautiful garden and besides the large atomic bomb museum also visited some small museums.
Het was echt een plezier om met jullie op pad te zijn. Soms is het juist het beste om de plannen gewoon om te gooien en echt de tijd te nemen voor de stad zelf. Door Miyajima te bewaren voor een andere keer, konden we nu veel meer de rust pakken. Van de mooie tuin en het Peace Park tot de indrukwekkende verhalen in het museum en het voormalige militaire hospitaal. Echt fijn om te horen dat de verhalen en de kleinere musea zo goed aansloten bij jullie interesses. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor jullie gezelschap én voor de mooie review!
