Besuchen und erleben Sie Apulien mit einem echten Einheimischen! Vom Meer ins Grüne ... Wir besuchen die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region, einschließlich Bari, der Hauptstadt der Region. Es wird Sie mit seiner modernen und lebhaften Innenstadt, voller Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten und seiner malerischen Altstadt, einem Labyrinth von Gassen, überraschen: Arco Basso, die berühmte "Straße der Orecchiette", in der Frauen noch immer typische Nudeln (Orecchiette) herstellen. dann Alberobello, die wichtigste Sehenswürdigkeit der Region und UNESCO Wrold Heritage. Alberobello ist ein einzigartiger Ort auf der Welt, der für seine "Trulli" -Häuser bekannt ist, in denen Sie sich wie in einem Märchen fühlen werden. Last but not least, Polignano a Mare und seine wunderschönen "Terrassen", die über das Meer hinausragen, sowie seine Meereshöhlen. Fahren Sie durch eine malerische Straße… vorbei an kilometerlangen alten, wunderschönen Olivenbäumen und tollen Ausblicken auf das Meer von den Hügeln.

Reiseverlauf
Wir werden sowohl die Altstadt als auch die Innenstadt besuchen. Wir werden in die Basilika von St. Nicola und die Krypta gehen, wir werden entlang der berühmten "Pasta Street" gehen, wo Frauen die typische "Orecchiette" machen. In der Innenstadt laufen wir die wichtigsten Fußgängerzonen entlang (Via Sparano, Corso Cavour usw.) und gelangen dann zum Fischmarkt, der am Teatro Petruzzelli vorbeiführt
Wir streifen durch das touristische Viertel "Rione Monti" und betreten einige typische "Trulli" -Wohnungen. Dann besuchen wir den Stadtteil "Aia Piccola", in dem noch heute die Trulli leben.
Wir besuchen die beeindruckende Altstadt auf einer Klippe, die über das Meer hinausragt, und machen hier und da einen Zwischenstopp, um eine großartige Aussicht zu genießen. Wir werden auf die andere Seite der Bucht gelangen, um den besten Blick auf die Stadt von unten zu haben.

We spent 3 wonderful days with Gianluca touring all of the major areas in Puglia. He is wonderful to work with when scheduling everything. He is incredibly flexible and provided us with an itinerary that was absolutely perfect. During the 3 days together he was funny, informative and so very helpful. He moved at our pace and was very happy to stop for a bite to eat or browse a shop. The care was very comfortable and he’s an excellent driver as well. We learned so much — but not too much that it was overwhelming. And the sites were fabulous. He knew all of the best places for photos. We enjoyed our time with him immensely. We highly recommend working with him.
Highlight of our two week cruise! Gianluca picked us up from the Bari port and drove us to Matera. We toured the ancient city and were amazed at the history and beauty of the area. Gianluca was an excellent guide and provided us with so much knowledge about the area. This is a MUST DO tour! We highly recommend Gianluca!!

Gianluca was an excellent guide and made for an enjoyable day of touring. Loved learning about the Trulli Houses. Gianluca made learning history fun and enjoyable, not just rattling off historical dates, but giving us great background stories. There were 4 of us, and all seniors and Gianluca kept the pace slow and steady which was perfect. we never felt rushed.

Ticked off my wife’s bucket list. Beautiful Trulli houses in the old part and nice to be let in to one to see it for real. If you go, use the shop with the rooftop terrace. Stunning views.
