Der Treffpunkt ist das Stadttheater am Cinelândia-Platz. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind das Museum der Schönen Künste, die Nationalbibliothek und der Stadtrat. Wir sprechen von außen über alle und verbinden den Ort mit der Geschichte des Rio de Janeiro
Nachdem wir die Geschichten hinter der farbenfrohen Treppe kennen, schauen wir uns das an und haben Zeit, ein paar Fotos zu machen

Dieser Platz ist eine Art Zeitmaschine, denn er reicht bis zum Beginn der Kolonialisierung der Stadt zurück, einschließlich der ersten Siedlung in Rio. Um ihn herum befinden sich Gebäude aus dem 17. Daniela is a great guide. She gave me an opportunity to learn about the local art culture which I wouldn’t have been able to access without her guidance. If you are interested in supporting the local grassroots art culture, then this is the tour for you. Allow for plenty of time if you like taking your time appreciating the art or would like to purchase some pieces.
I only had 48 hours in Rio and I have never been to Brazil before. I booked a day private tour from my hotel and I’m so glad I did that! Daniela is an amazing guide. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. She made my super short trip to Rio so much fun.
We had two incredible days with Dani. As a family of 5 she arranged a large enough vehicle for our tours so we could all be comfortable. On day one we visited Tijuca forest. It’s huge. But Dani showed us all the right places. We hiked the Pedra Bonita trail, visited waterfalls, walked Parque Lage, stopped at several overlooks, ate at an authentic restaurant in the forest, and finished with a visit to Christ. Dani had everything organized and we were able to just enjoy ourselves. On Day 2 we did the historic and culture tour of Santa Teresa and Centro. Dani was such a wealth of knowledge. We learned about the real Rio, its history and cultural significance and stopped at so many nice little places that we would have never found on our own. I would recommend Dani to anyone wanting a dedicated, warm and enthusiastic guide that will customize any tour to your interest. And she also arranged airport transfer!!
