This was everything we hoped for and more. Guide was friendly and a very skilled chef. Food was delicious. Perfect balance of doing a lot of the cooking ourselves but also the guide leading the way. Highly reccomend and well worth the price.
Great fun! Hilarious time at the market, followed by a wonderful evening of cooking and eating. Went way longer than anticipated (which was great). Learned a lot, laughed a lot. We've done a number of these sorts of cooking adventures and this was probably the most fun.

Wonderful morning spent visiting San Pedro market and then cooking 3 course meal and preparing Pisco sour with chef Chris. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He mentioned he also owns a restaurant called Avocado Toast where we enjoyed lunch the following day.

Can't recommend this highly enough! Chris brought the market to life, weaving together food and local culture. The cooking class was excellent and gourmet, with explanations of why we were making the cocktail and three dishes in that specific way. Most of all, Chris was an engaging and entertaining teacher, a professional chef bilingual in English!
Happy We did this together. We loved the markettour, making Pisco sour and using lots of new Peruvian ingrediants. Chris was a superb guide and chef through this colourful Food experience!

For those who understand that cooking is part of the culture of a place, this is an unforgettable experience! Getting to know the different ingredients at the Market and then having the opportunity to learn and cook Peruvian recipes with Christian was wonderful!

We had an amazing time with Chris, our guide and chef. We met in the morning and he took us around the market, explaining all the different produce and buying what we used later. We then made a passion fruit Pisco Sours, cerviche, quinotto with sous vide poached egg and finished with a fruit parfait. It was a most enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it.
The afternoon market tour and cooking class with Christian was delightful; I really enjoyed learning about the varied produce of the region and seeing how it was all incorporated in the well-appointed kitchen. The classic menu items are something that I will try to recreate when I return home. Thank you for a great (and delicious!) class.
