Hideaway im Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay Flughafentransfer

We returned to Trelawny Bay after 7 years and stayed at the same hotel (previously the White Sands) and it was just an amazing 2 weeks. Our holiday was a fly and flop holiday and we couldn't have picked a better place to relax. The staff really make this place wonderful from those cleaning the beach (Beverley and the team) to the bar staff ( Tamara & Antonile) Waitresses (Moya in Dorado) Waiter (Kieran in Steakhouse) Chef (Latoya in Zen) and so so many more we were truly spoiled. We walked over to Blue Waters Bar to meet up with Berry (who we met 7 years before) and there he was with his wide smile and fun nature. We ate in the Steakhouse 2 nights, Dorado 3 nights, Zen 2 nights, Calypso 1 night, Buffet 1 night, Italian 1 night, Room service 2 nights and all were amazing so much choice and very tasty foods. We found booking the restaurants easy on the app, just remember to book 48hrs in advance to get a choice of timings. We did have a few storms but they were just fantastic to watch and then the sun came back out. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. THANK YOU TO ALL AT THE HIDEAWAY ONLY ONE WORD FOR YOU ALL AMAZING!!!! The staff at this hotel make it so special. Berry Bianca G Nadine and Maxwell are the best. Denton and Navardo keep the pools at hideaway immaculate. The vibe team at hideaway are the best Jah Jah and his team are the best please do not change it as I’m back in August this year and again in November. Alex and the management team are doing such a good job upping the standards from the past years. Keep up the good work

The driver to the airport was 12 minutes late, which wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t want to charge $50 if YOU are 10 minutes late to the lobby. When we got in, he said “get in but don’t move the mat.” He was more worried about his car, than the experience. He was not friendly at all, and then when we turned the air up in the back for air flow, he turned it all the way back down without saying anything. Of all the rides and tours we had on the island, this was quite uncomfortable. There was no reason to turn the air in the back off.

I had the best time while I was out there! Our driver Shaw was the best he took care of us and made sure we had a good time! I would definitely recommend him to anybody

NO ONE PICKED US UP! We called no answer They called us 45 after we landed and asked if we’re still there. We were already in another transfer.. arnt they suppose to be waiting for us not other way around

reservations stated that snacks and water would be provided for the kids and adult drinks for adults. i asked about them and was told no. i then asked to get some drinks from the airport bar to take and again was told we couldn't upon coming home we were picked up 4 hours prior to our departure. its a 45 minute drive to the resort. therefore we sat at the airport for over 3 hours. did not recieve email confimration on pickup till after i reached out to viator as well

Sean picked me up a few minutes early and was kind and professional. The van was very comfortable and the ride was smooth. Will use Groovy Tours every time I come to Jamaica!

Amazing service! Excellent communication and clean vehicle, family friendly, great for couples or group trips. All at a great price. I will always request for Shawn anytime I come to Jamaica or refer him to anyone I know is traveling out that way.

For me and my group everything was great except for the rain but that didn’t stop no service whatsoever the bar service was still great the entertainment also great they did 2 show that got us entertained a dancing band and a pool party we are the vibes type of people so we did fuljoy our self we groupie diffently coming back we already talking about our next trip already vinessa,Marvin,Markeno,sean,Chanel,latesha,Owen,Anthony,maxwell,Andrew,Daniel,davion thank you all definitely return next year

I scheduled a round trip and it stated I can cancel anytime. I canceled within 24 hours due to health issues. I requested a refund, they refused to give me back my money. They basically lie about their refund policy. I wouldn’t recommend
