Versteckter London Rundgang

I wanted to love this tour and I was very excited about it in the days leading up. However, I was struck that in a city like London, with a history extending back so many centuries, there was much in the tour that seemed far less interesting than it should have. Though my spouse and I are rarely bored, we found ourselves bored through significant portions of this tour. Additionally, opportunities were missed. For example, we visited Temple Church and learned that this was where parts of the movie The Da Vinci Code were filmed ... yet only by privately reading the plaque after the tour moved on did we learn that this church has a deep connection to the negotiations that led to the signing of the Magna Carta. I don't know if others in our tour were enjoying it ... everyone seemed a bit underwhelmed by the experience.

Mike was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and humorous. Just the right balance. He is obviously a person curious about local history and lore and an adventurous soul. He made the tour stops fun and informative. Highly recommend!

My niece (15), nephew (13) and I really loved Rachel and the whole walking tour we did recently on 3 August. I had enjoyed on one other Fun London Tour and this one was even better! Super happy to recommend it. I've even been back to some of the locations Rachel showed us, so eager was I to share them with others. It was 90 minutes - neither too long nor too short. Rachel was a fun, relaxed, very knowledgeable guide we all enjoyed interacting with and listening to. Thank you Rachel. Look forward to the next.

Our guide Paul was excellent. He was very informative, friendly, funny and easy to talk to. Really enjoyed seeing the landmarks you would normally not notice and just walk past. The 1.5hours was a good length and there was not too much walking and was definitely value for money.

Really amazing tour. Rachel was just fantastic. As a seasoned Londoner I tend to be slightly judgy about tours around areas I know well, but this was really enlightening, tonk me too new places and the guide's enthusiasm and love of the subject really brought it to life! Recommend it to anyone and I'll be signing up for others!
