Unser gut ausgebildeter Chauffeur wird Sie am Ankunftsgate am Flughafen abholen und Ihnen den Namen vorlegen, um es unseren Kunden bequem zu machen. Beim Treffen! Dem Kunden wird kostenlos eine Wasserflasche angeboten. Er trägt das Gepäck zu unserem Premium-Taxi und fährt zum gewünschten Ziel. Während der Reise gibt Chauffer eine kleine Einführung in die neue Stadt und erzählt von den berühmten Orten. Kunden haben während der Fahrt Zugang zum Internet. Wir bieten eine kostenlose Wartezeit von einer Stunde nach Ankunft des Fluges oder der Fähre. 25 Minuten an den Hotels oder bei Abholung in Wohngebieten.

Easy and efficient travel from the Helsinki Airport to our hotel in downtown Helsinki. Our driver was waiting for us after we cleaned border control - despite our flight being delayed by 30 minutes. Would definitely book this again.
Our driver was so nice. Contacted us by WhatsApp since we were late arriving. I would certainly use again.
Driver contacted me as promised and was waiting at the pickup point; however no bottle of water was offered and no information on the city was given. The driver didn’t say one word on the drive into Helsinki; he didn’t seem very proficient in English. The experience was disappointing. and not as advertised, especially no water.
The driver was on time, he texted me to ask what language I speak and sent a message to tell me where he was waiting for us.
Booked HEL to downtown hotel, $83. Driver was at airport waiting. Not professionally dressed. Spoke 1 word to us, the hotel name. No water offered. Car was filthy. Windows so dirty. We pointed out some buildings along the way and he didn't engage. Save $50-60 and get a taxi.
I booked this transport for $83 HEL to Hotel F6 at 3:30pm on a Monday. While at the airport waiting for our bags I used the Bolt app to see the cost for a ride, it was $22. I knew this prior to booking but I choose the higher cost because our driver was supposed to be waiting for us in the airport, provide us with cold water in the car and point out any landmarks or points of interest along the way. Not go out of the way, but as we pass, engage us. He was at the airport, period. That's it. He said 1 word to us, our hotel name. He wore a dirty ole T-shirt, while other drivers were either well dressed or had at least a polo shirt. The car was a filthy Tesla. The windows were so dirty. I looked at other cars during the entire drive before judging, thinking maybe the area had bad weather. But most cars were clean. Save your money, Bolt is even a little more expensive than a regular taxi service and it's $61 cheaper. We were had.
Easy, on time. He contacted us while we were still taxiing on the runway and was waiting when we had our luggage.
Our flight was late and he knew it and was waiting at the correct time. He had our name showing as we came out of customs and took our large bags for us. Exceptional driver!
The driver was not at the baggage claim exit ramp but at a fast food place near the exit. Those instructions were not given to us and we almost lost our ride to the hotel
If you are arriving during “normal” hours, just take a taxi or Uber. My driver wasn’t waiting for me. So, it wasn’t easier or quicker than just going to the curb and hailing a taxi. And this service is double the cost of a curbside taxi or Uber.
