This was a pretty cool experience. We went at 4:30pm on a Thursday so it was pretty busy but not overwhelming. We had the ticket including the rooftop. The museum was first and it was interesting but I did find it moved quick and could be a bit surface level. I may be judging too harshly after visiting another brewery earlier in the year. Where I think Heineken did an excellent job was the tasting room at the end. The pint pulling option was a fun addition and the space itself really cool and welcoming. I also enjoyed the rooftop despite there being scaffolding. I also appreciated the rooms on FIFA and Formula 1. Lastly, since I was in Amsterdam for the Dutch Grand Prix I loved being able to design my own bottle for a unique souvenir.

A very gimmicky tour….. missed opportunity to explain more the history of the founders and how the company has evolved. All very loud, harsh and flash lighting and loud music! The only saving grace was the roof bar a great view of Amsterdam - skip the tour and go straight to the top!

The tour was just okay. The guides were great and very energetic and shared helpful info. A lot of it was self guided and kind of random. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the room with the drink at the end and also the rooftop bar, although there was construction on the level below us and there was a lot of plastic up marring the view. Not sure I’d totally recommend.

We were there with a bachelor party, the tour is well done, but designed for crowds. You can check out the rooftop bar, but you don't have to.

A good fun experience whilst you're in Amsterdam.....particularly if it's raining outside! If you like beer / lager the history is 'light' but interesting in content. Enjoyed the vibe of the bar at the end of the tour.

15 Euro per person for rooftop access and 2 half pints. Heineken Studio is basically screens of available beer to order. There is better options in Amsterdam with better views.
