Es ist die Hauptwasserquelle für die an den Ufern gelegenen Dörfer. Die Bewohner dieser Dörfer haben die Traditionen, Bräuche und Lebensweisen bewahrt, die sie seit der Herrschaft der Inkas praktizieren. Am Ende dieses heiligen Flusses liegt eine Stadt namens Urubamba, die einen Großteil des Heiligen Tals ausmacht. The 2-day trip from Cusco through the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu was a smooth and enriching experience. On the first day, we explored key sites in the Sacred Valley like Pisac and Ollantaytambo, learning about Inca history while enjoying the stunning mountain scenery. The local markets and traditional villages gave us a deeper look into the culture. After staying overnight in Aguas Calientes, we woke up early on the second day for the final visit to Machu Picchu. The timing was perfect to avoid the crowds and enjoy the view in peace. This short journey packed in history, nature, and unforgettable moments all perfectly connected from Cusco.
Excellent experience!!! One of the best trips I've ever made! Very attentive staff helped me with everything I needed before, during and even after the tour. The guides were excellent, besides all the historical knowledge are very lively which makes all the difference! I didn’t have to worry about anything, everything was very well organized from the purchase of tickets to the accommodation (which by the way was great).

Saw both the Sacred Valley of Incas and Machu Picchu on this two days trip from Cusco with an overnight in Aguas calientes town.
