Charly was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The tour itself was good. Day 1 went by quickly. As expected there wasn't a lot of time to stroll around the sites unfortunately.

We had a wonderful time exploring the Sacred Valley with our tour guide Charly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and solved every problem we had (including finding a temporarily lost phone). We only wish we had had a more detailed itinerary before the day began, but it ended up being a wonderful time either way.

Our guide, Charly, had a vast wealth of historical knowledge and made our tours special. He solved every problem that we had. We were able to pack a lot of sightseeing into the limited time we had. I wish that we had a more detailed itinerary provided before we boarded the bus. My favorite part of the tour was the views of Machu Picchu and the photos our guides took.

Totally worth the price. Trexperience basically hand-held and took care of all our needs. It was really helpful to have people on the ground (Alexandra) who understand the crazy logistics of Peru. Our guide, Charly, was amazing! He was able to answer all our questions about history and geology at every stop, and even helped with the altitude sickness we were experiencing. He was also super communicative about all the logistics, like the morning pickups and bus tickets and entrance tickets and train tickets… Charly, Alexandra, and the TreXperience team took care of everything so we could have a worry-free vacation.

Charly was an outstanding guide: very knowledgeable, made me feel safe, and kept us on track so we experienced everything.

This was by far my favorite part of our Peru trip! Monica was so amazing and her knowledge of all the sights was unmatched, we learned so much. She made the tour very smooth and we truly had to worry about nothing. All the details were clear and upfront and she answered all of our questions and made sure we got to each location safely. She also had great locations for pictures, and now we have great memories to share and look back on! I will be talking about this trip for a long time, thank you Monica for making it so special! Can’t wait to come back and do another tour.

So many beautiful sites throughout our 2 day trip, with tour guides (Javier Sacred Valley) (David Machu Picchu), both were experts giving incredibly insightful information throughout the trips.

On the ground we would give this 5 stars plus. The guides (Dan and Danilo) were perfect. They took good care of us, maintained a good pace, kept us informed and motivated and most importantly kept us safe. If you get these guys, you will have a GREAT time. Chef at the top of the hike (Sinchi) made an amazing meal. Very fresh and declicious and my vegetarian plate was very good. How they can make all this food in that location is beyond me. Porters Mercedes and Bincente did a great job. We never *really* saw them, but everything arrived and was ready and set up. Trekking 100lbs up 2000ft is not easy work. These two are the hidden heros on the team!! TIP WELL! Communication from head office was the only problem. Getting a response from them at all was a challenge. Multiple whatsapps asking us to confirm, provide hotel details, diet, etc, went unanswered. I mean - NO answers at all. (my dietary was never provided to the on the ground team - but they fixed everything!). Conflicting messages from the office and tour guide on how to prepare for Day 2 (Start time, etc - with guide telling us to have breakfast at the restaurant they own, when in fact, we were to meet at 5:20am!). Office in Cusco was not open according to their posted hours and we had to go back twice to get an actual answer. However, as mentioned above, once it started, everything worked great. Guides, food, transport, information, views and more were all 100%

Our tour guide Charly is very friendly, funny, patient, and knowledgeable. We all enjoyed the tour and do recommend Trexperience.
