Das Schiff bleibt dort 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten und wenn Sie möchten, können Sie dem kleinen Pfad folgen, um den Gipfel zu erreichen, wo sich die aktiven Krater befinden. Dort können Sie Fotos machen, die Felsen sehen, die noch rauchen und wo es stark nach Schwefel riecht.
Nach Ihrer Rückkehr zum Schiff fahren wir zur Insel Palaia Kameni, wo sich die heißen Quellen befinden, die berühmten natürlichen Schlammbäder, die nach Vulkanausbrüchen entstanden sind. In der kleinen Bucht von St. Nikolaus schwankt die Wassertemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad Celsius, da es sich ständig mit dem normalen Meerwasser vermischt. Das Schiff bleibt hier etwa 30 Minuten und Sie haben die Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen. Das dauert ziemlich lange, da es keinen Strand gibt, aber Sie sollten die Treppe des Bootes hinuntersteigen. Sie müssen etwa 30 Meter schwimmen, bis Sie in die kleine Bucht der heißen Quellen gelangen.

Very good experience, enough time to explore the volcano trails and to swim in the hot springs. Good value for money Opportunity to buy drinks and snacks on board The organization at the port could perhaps be clearer, but I still recommend this tour

It was pleasant being on the water and getting a sea view of the beautiful Santorini Coast. The ship was comfortable and had plenty of shade. Based on the previous reviews we did not go in the water at the hot springs nor did we walk to the volcano.

A lovely day overall! Just to give a heads up on a couple of things though-the boat leaves from Fira OLD PORT. This means u can only get there by cable car (there may be a line), donkeys or the pathway that is 900 steps going down. Also bring shoes appropriate for hiking the trail at the volcano ex sneakers-there is loose rocks and it can be slippery. We had a wonderful time though-a unique experience!

Reservation for an excursion with a French-speaking guide. The guide only spoke English and was quite indifferent.

Unfortunately, on that specific day, our French-speaking guide was ill with pneumonia. In our effort to avoid canceling your excursion at the last minute, we sent a replacement guide who did not speak French well. We appreciate your understanding regarding this unexpected situation.
Overall, a very nice tour that is worth it; the staff is super nice and friendly. However, the advertisement states a maximum of. 50 people, and there were 130 on board. I generally find that unacceptable and it feels like a scam.

As for the water temperature, the Hot Springs are naturally mixed with the sea. Therefore, the warmth depends significantly on the sea temperature and the weather conditions at the time. This was a great experience. We enjoyed this excursion. Although the swim to the hot springs was a bit chilly (we went in April) it was still fun. Don't wear a white swimsuit though as the sulfur in the water will turn it orange/brown. The volcano was interesting and our guide was great. I think he also spoke 10 different languages fairly well. Well done!
