Haunted Evening Horse and Carriage Tour von Charleston

We had the horse Cash and he behaved very well. Our guide Heidi was amazing and very informative. Would definitely recommend the haunted tour.

Cooper and Emily were amazing!! The tour was great and family friendly. Loved learning the history of people and places in Charleston.

Overall, the tour itself was enjoyable, but our experience was overshadowed by an interaction with a staff member at the front. She yelled at my young daughter for standing on the steps, which frightened her so badly that she nearly ran in front of one of the horses. When I immediately went to get my daughter, the staff member then raised her voice at me as well. I understand that safety rules are important, especially around horses, but the way they are communicated to children matters. A calmer, more appropriate approach would have been much more effective and would have avoided creating a potentially more dangerous situation. Despite that experience, the rest of the tour was very good. Our horse, Liam, was wonderful, and we had a great ride. I hope the company considers providing additional customer service training so that future interactions with families are handled in a more professional and child-appropriate manner.

We truly enjoyed our tour with Noel and Mac they did a fantastic job! Flatulence and all! Noel was so knowledgeable and the pictures made you feel so much more invested in the story telling.

This was an amazing time!!! Rowdy was an amazing horse! Heather was an amazing host and we will be booking more and going to the haunted places! Next time I go to the mill house I’m book room 412! The lamps were so cool and set the mood I feel!

Excellent and entertaining trip, learned lots about how Charleston is haunted!

We booked this tour for the fun factor not necessarily for the ghost sightings. The tour met our expectations and then some. Our guide was both fun and entertaining as he pointed out the ghost areas and haunted places in Charleston along the route. We did not see any ghosts! But we had a great time and so will you!

We had a great time on the tour which inspired us to explore the city more afterward!

The tour was cut short due to road closures that should have been checked before the tour left. I had been on a tour with my husband and it was fantastic so I convinced my sister we needed to do this. To say she was not impress is an understatement. We were very disappointed. I learned so much the first time I did this a few years ago but this time was very disappointing.
