Hato Höhlen, Schildkröten & Strand

Lisa was our tour guide through the Cave and Turtle Swim experience and she made our whole time. We were mystified by old Lyme stone structures that left our imaginations working long after leaving the Haro Caves. The bus ride was engaging and informative on the history of Curaçao all the way to the turtles. You were able to get great video/pictures from the pier of the turtles. My wife and I also went in the water to snorkel, and the massive turtles swimming in and around our feet was just astonishing. It’s hard to describe how captivating these creatures are until you see them up close. We also stopped at the playa de piskado, and WOW! They picked the right restraint to bring tourists. They had American options that looked delicious but my wife and we went for some of the local seafood and we were not disappointed. Everything was so incrediblely fresh and well cooked. Watch out for the bones though! A good nugget from Lisa is to get the Funchi fried with cheese. The restaurant takes the palenta that is on it’s last leg and cut them into delicious squares to be fried, then cheesed, then enjoyed like a upscale Cheeto. Not to mention the view is incredible. We got to see the flamingos on the way back; ane we had such a pleasent bus ride. Definietely worth the money and shoutout Lisa again!

This tour was great. In our opinion, it began later than we thought. The site appears to say that they stop by hotels first before the pier. We stressed ourselves out and rushed so fast to get to the meeting place off the ship before 9AM. We get there and find that our tour is last of Irie tours to leave. They asked several times for names that were not at the dock and waited but never showed. Next we stopped three places to pick up people. They were the names we waited for. So our tour got started much later. The guide Adrian was great. His dry sense of humor and knowledge he constantly shared was very entertaining. We were very rushed at the turtles. 20 minutes was too fast. Playa Puerto Marie was nice too. Not overcrowded. Do not pay to enter. They tried to get us to so we had to get Adrian. No one was collecting money for the chairs so we were not sure what to do. We put our stuff on one and swam. There were some pigs under trees. Snorkeling was okay but still enjoyed it over along rocks. It felt like each beach area needed about 15 minutes more. The caves were last and were nice. it is not cool in the caves. We recommend this tour.

Bob was an awesome driver! Explained the history of the island, and was very knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic day, touring the island and experiencing the caves. Bobbi and Johnny were great hosts (bus driver and guide) and really explained the history of the island and the economic drivers of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and learned a lot throughout the experience. Would highly recommend for any ages!

Great one day 15 people Best time

The tour is really good, people were generally nice, guides were very informative. Beaches are amazing. However, the guide greeted me by yelling at me that I was late when they picked me up from the hotel (I wasn't, I was right on time, they had sent a confirmation by email), I showed him my phone and he then proceeded to talk on the phone to whoever sent the email complaining of the missinformation but never apologyzed for his rude behaviour.

Fantastic trip from start to finish. Bob the driver and host was knowledgeable, engaging, funny and very helpful. A true asset to the company 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This experience was fun and educational. We all had a nice time learning about the caves and were excited to see thge many bats! We appreciated the history behind the caves!

We had a fabulous time on this excursion. We booked it through Sandals Royal Curacao. The very best part was all the island history and information we received from our tour guide Leidy. She was informative and very funny. Would definitely recommend any tour where she is a guide. Our driver Marlon was very capable in getting the big bus through the narrow streets. The snorkel with sea turtles was underwhelming. There were too many people and the water wasn't very clear due to the stirring up of sand, but the experience was overall very worth it. The provided lunch was delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Curacao.
