Love the gift shop , employees at the front to check in are extremely nice and helpful. Menu for lunch is so small . Drinks are very good but food wasn’t so good . It’s a cool place but they need a better menu and food needs an improvement.
The service was horrible , the product is awful. How could the Hard Rock brand allow its name to be on this restaurant. The booth we sat in was broken and the bench seat I was on was ripped and so low my chest was the same level as the table. Embarrassing. The hotness sat us and no one came to the table for nearly 20 minutes. If it earlier we would have walked out but it was too late to go anywhere else. Shocked by this experience

Not the best Hard Rock. Was seated for lunch and never had a server come to us at all so after 20 minutes we went to bar. Place was empty. Bartender took good care of us. Food pretty good.
